The place was trashed inside. The clerk tried to tell me they do not accept Mastercard. We paid cash. Got home and SURPRISE! We only got half our meal. Its partially our part for not babysitting the staff and making sure they put everything in there. And of course NOBODY answers the phone. So we get to eat a cold, overpriced dinner tonight. Thank you for the lesson Popeyes.

Closed at a ridiculous hour. Saw a employee with a orange Popeyes shirt use the urinal and walk out without washing his hands. Great job. This is why we get sick.

So good fresh but service is bad first time I been told I can’t get a 12 peice with only thighs and legs first location all the truck stop I never been told that they couldn’t do it. As long as I’m spending my money you could have charged me more but it don’t make since why u would do a 8 peice with thighs and legs and not a 12 just cook it I’ll wait no complait. Customer service is not like it use to be where you can get what u desire for ur money plus the prices are already high. Give me what I desire doesn’t make since. The workers were nice it was the general manager that took my order that way tripping. Interesting I should say be aware. But food is fresh I had to wait for them to cook it anyway. That why I don’t understand

This place is always "out" of chicken sandwiches. I live 10 minutes away and have literally called ahead of time and asked if they still had chicken sandwiches and been told yes - then driven to the place only to be told they were out of chicken sandwiches 10 minutes later.It's a joke.

Staff is rude. They are always out of half the menu, even when they don’t close for 7-8 hours. Every time somebody walks through the door, they rattle off a laundry list of things they’re out of. I’ve washed my hands of this one.
