The tap n pay card reader added a tip even though I DIDN’T touch the screen so who really added it ? second location at subway this has happened has anyone else experienced this issue? Mud all over the dining room floors The chairs and tables where dirty the couple that came in after us were complaining about the chairs being nasty so they ate in there car.

We arrived at this location after 14 hours on the road and were completely exhausted. It was just moments before closing on March 28 and the young man behind the counter was so pleasant . He cheerfully took our order and made our sandwiches and thanked us for our business. It is important to note that we initially had stopped at a restaurant across the street stood for 10 minutes without anybody even recognizing or addressing us so this young man was a breath of fresh air. Congratulations to whoever hired this fella, please let him know that his positive can-do attitude certainly cheered up an old couple who were exhausted from a day of driving.

They will short you on the meat no matter what you get. They were telling a man in front of me he only got 2 scoops of tuna on a foot long. I ordered the Turkey Titan and it had 2 slices of Turkey in it. Tasted good, but you don't get what you pay for.

12/13/22@1017am. Was turned away from ordering by female behind the counter who said she had a huge catering order and I would need to wait for at least 10 minutes to be waited on. You had 2 visible staff members in the restaurant, one of which could have made my 1 little sandwich. You just lost a loyal customer from returning to this location. When has it ever been acceptable to have a negative tone of voice and deny service to a customer who just walked into your business. Hope she has a better day and hope she doesn't treat all of your customers in this manner or you'll have none left.

Food was good. I had a protein bowl it was good but hard to eat. It needs to be cut up some into smaller pieces. Ladies restroom need attention.
Walked in for a sandwich at 7:30. 7:40 the guy got "off break" he said he didn't care. Management needs to step up here...

Laziest management I have ever seen in a subways. Was super dirty and the employee had to keep asking questions while the manager was rude and condescending. Wouldn’t eat here if I was starving.

Ordered a footlong sandwich , there was nearly no meat placed in the sandwich, when the worker put the meat in a lot of it fell out and she never added more. I had to ask for some to cover the bread and she charged me for it. Even when I mentioned the meat fell out the bread. She and the other female cashier was rude and showed they did not care of their service to me. The male worker was very polite.
