Probably the worst Taco Bell I've been too! Should have looked at the reviews first! Fries were dry and hard, the chicken melt flatbread was crusty and dry the cheese wasn't melted and the meat was cold. Might as well close the doors if this your new normal!

Just got this tacobell. Ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito through the drive thru and when I got home it was flat and felt like nothing was in it so when I opened it up there was 1 peice of steak that didn't even look like steak and the MTN dew I got was just colored water. Such a disgrace

I visited this Taco Bell and placed an order, but the lady at the front desk missed some of my instructions and left out a few items. When I asked her about it, she started shouting, behaving rudely, and showing a very bad attitude. Instead of accepting her mistake or apologizing, she dismissed me by saying, ā€œOkay, bye, have a good night.ā€ Another lady also came over, and she behaved the same way. For a moment, I honestly wondered if they even cared about treating customers with basic respect. The branch office or head office needs to know about this, because these employees should not be working in customer service. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to for food and service. If you visit, you will be disrespected, and it will be a complete waste of money and time. I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, and unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience. The atmosphere at this location is unpleasant, and the customers there are also very disrespectful. No wonder the place is usually empty—it’s because of the way the employees behave. Right next door, there is a Chipotle where the employees are respectful and the service is much better. I strongly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell and choosing Chipotle instead.

Rude tried to motion to worker in lobby about walking thru the drive thru hot ignored, tried to call they answered and hung up on me and laid phone to the side so I could no longer call. I’m a truck driver I just wanted some damn food.

Good stop on the way to Akron. Best Mexican Pizza I have ever had in a Taco Bell. Their food was tasty and portioned correctly. I worked for Taco Bell so my comment on their Pizza surprises even me... it was delicious and filling. My two Taco Supremes were also correctly portioned and tasty. Great stop!
