Stopped for dinner while on a road trip. I prefer family places over chains, and this place was good. Wings are lightly breaded, smoked, and flash fried. The potato salad is mayonnaise based, and VERY SWEET. The baked beans were sweet as well. Brisket was great, with a nice crust. The smoked sausage was local and good. When I say I’m excited about the food, that’s an understatement! I’m a truck driver, so I get to taste food from all over the country, but this spot is hands down my new favorite BBQ place.
