Karaoke night was a lot of fun. The audio and lighting were very good. I was surprised at the number and quality of singers. Singer rotation seemed skewed towards regulars, unfortunately, with some singing up to 4x before my 1st(and only) performance. Karaoke is once per month, so call before making the trip. Lots of space inside easily accommodated 100-ish patrons. I ordered a pizza at about 11pm. It was about the size and shape of a football. Tasted good.

We went for the first time. When we walked in , we were pleasantly surprised. Very big and nice with pool tables. There were 2 tables sat and a few people at the bar. Server took our orders, and we waited..and waited...and waited about 45 minutes. Our food came out cold and we had very small portions. I could fit the fries in the palm of my hand for $4-$5 I believe it was. Wings were expensive for th portions and you couldn't even chew them bc they had been cooked and cooked again way too long. Sauces are basic, nothing to drive there for that stick out. I know prices have gone up for everywhere...but it was the portions that were so tiny. We left hungry after paying $100 for 4 people to eat at a bar. No alcoholic drinks mind you. Just pop to drink for everyone.
Little advice from a consumer, former marketer and bartender /server...,Make a stand out wing sauce that no one has or rename it something else to remember, use a little more portions in your sides such as your fries, those are your money makers and fillers from the main dish that people order and that's a big thing that will stand out from their main course. When recooking wings a second time, they don't need to be dropped as long as the original time. It causes them to taste recooked and it's not very chewable.
Your service was great other than the fact the server/bartender never assured us that the food was coming, apologized for the lengthy wait with only 5 other people in there. (I know To-go orders are a big deal, but we don't know that by sitting there for nearly an hour if no one tells us. I am just guessing that's what the hold up was).
We MAY try it again, but it's off the beaten path (we traveled out 45 minutes), so making that trip risking the first experience all over is a toss up. I really think it could be great with a few tweaks tbh! You got a gem under it all for sure!

We stopped in at Pennington's in Jewett, Ohio, to play a few games of pool and grab some good food. The cheeseburger was really tasty, and the fries were crispy and just right. The atmosphere was great – relaxed and welcoming, with friendly service that made it even better. If you're in the area looking for a place to hang out and enjoy some good food, this is definitely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back!

We had the best waitress! I am sad to say that I don't know her name. She was friendly, knowledgeable of their menu, gave us a suggestion and was so right, it was delicious! The food was awesome. We will definitely be back!!!!!
