Creno's Pizza Johnstown

Ordered wings (~ $55. for 3# total.). First time customer.
Pros - staff was decently friendly. Not overly so, but fine. Online ordering was done and ok.
Cons - wings weren’t ready in timeframe indicated. Didn’t have to wait long - 10-15 extra minutes, but it’s wings. Bigger CON - traditional wings were SUPER fatty - like really gross fatty. Had to separate big areas to get after the chicken meat. Yucky. Boneless wings were stone cold. Also tasted rather yucky. Blue cheese side was packets of Marietta’s cheapest restaurant grade dressing. Definitely not worth the $0.99 extra. Was hoping it would at least be something that had actual legit blue cheese in it. Left untouched. Price overall for wings was steep, but that seems to be a wing trend. Disappointing and won’t order/do again.

First time having Creno's!! Staff was great. Greeted me as soon as I came in the door. Pizza was ready on time. Pizza was hot and delicious!! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. 🙌

I don't think the subs are baked anymore. It was still good, but missed the baked, crispy bread.

I ordered a pizza online and it was 10:37 when my order went through. The estimated time was 45 minutes. I waited for over an hour. I had to end canceling my order because they didn't show up when they were suppose to. That's bad for business in my eyes

Polite, service, and quick preparation

Place is an joke ,will let the delivery drivers passengers go inside ,smokes disposables and dab carts inside 🤮🤮gross

Good food, good atmosphere, and great service.

I wanted to give it two tries before I posted a review because every pizza shop goes through its high and lows. As a person who grew up on the OG Crenos in Zanesville, this place has lived up to the expectations.

Pizza is great, as always, but if you like a crispy crust, get it well done. This is something I do most places these days, though.

But the main point is the Italian sub. It’s so simple but so balanced. I don’t know how else to explain it, it’s just very good.

I’ve been to several different crenos locations, some that have not made it for whatever reason. So bravo to the manager of this store.

One day, they got my order wrong. Instead of treating me like a problem, they treated me like a valued customer. Great service, tasty food, no complaints here. Def recommended. Pizza veggies are finally chopped.
