Very disappointed, usually good, but, this time food was horrible! Waited 45 minutes, bacon burned, eggs were over cooked and I ask for chunk potatoes got fried, ask for wheat toast got white. Not sure what happened but it was horrible!! Not, going there again!

Totally awesome diner. Friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent food. We all opted for the Country Omelette with rye toast. At least two of us would normally order at least one other side dish. It wasn't necessary with this meal. Filling. But not overly so.
I would recommend this diner to anyone who finds themselves in the area.

The Dashing Diner in Johnstown is one of the best kept secrets in the Columbus area!! The atmosphere is quaint and kitschy! It’s definitely a neighborhood meeting place The staff are warm and friendly And so is the food!!! Good strong coffee & Generous portions of home-cooked, goodness!!!
