I'm sitting outside in my truck waiting for my pizza to come out of the oven and I just observed a girl with a pink phone standing there on her phone, obviously, then she touched her nose and then touched her glasses then put her phone in her pocket and started touching pizza dough. That's absolutely disgusting. This person does not need to be in the food industry if she can't follow simple rules.

Rules seem to change depending on whom is working. The manager Tyler apparently makes his own unfortunately he'd rather lose business than make what we have absolutely no problem ordering any time he isn't present. With the amount of pizza places in this small town one would think customer service would be better.

Placed order online, said ready in 15 minutes, so I drove 15 minutes from utica... when I got there it said an extra 20 minute wait. When finally ready I go to cash out and they wouldn't accept cash, so I waited all that time and wasted driving to leave without my food. Pathetic. If you dont want cash make it known when the order is placed, not after the order is finally finished

The pizza is always okay. You get what you pay for. But the service has been AWFUL the last two times. I order ahead for pickup and have been given 10 minute wait times. But when I arrive 20 minutes after ordering my order isn’t even prepped! So then I have to wait an additional 20 minutes. Don’t waste your money for the subpar food and terrible service.

Order at 1042 at night on the app. Was given 15-20 min waite for my order to be ready. Showed up in store at 20 minutes. No one to be found. Waited 5 minutes. Hollard for staff with no response. Walked to the back door of the store and found a female employee hanging out at someone's vehicle. Needless to say, my order wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my order. Was not offered an apology. Mind you, several other orders had to be made as well. My order was finished by the staff member who returned from delivery service as the female employee had to return to her friend in the parking lot once all orders were in the oven.

Years of eating here once or twice a week after speaking with the manager who told me that my wife and I are both wrong we wont be back. This place has truly went down hill over the past year or two which is sad.
Apparently tonight was not a good night to order Dominos! Normally we have zero issues. We ordered a pizza and a sub. The Dominos tracker said 26-41 minutes. Ok that is fine. Here I am sitting here waiting for over two hours. When I called to ask where our food was, the guy on the other end of the phone told me that I would get my food faster if I just got off the phone. Wait what?

Horrible store to order from. ordered here all the time and have to many problems. Ordered last night and took an hour and a half. Tried to call the manager but she hung up on two times after I was on hold for twenty five min. Wurst Dominos store!!!!!!! I wouldn't give one star but it made me to give this review....0 stars

I’ve been to this store two weeks in a row now and both times I had to wait over a half hour after arriving. That is after waiting at home for 15 minutes before I even left. Both times, I got an excuse that they were busy. Both times were on Friday night. Of course they are busy. I will not return.

Ordered online ahead of time for carryout. Pizza was ready on time, and absolutely delicious! Nice job on the toppings, sauce, bake, got everything right including the dips. Yay for putting on plenty of pineapple! Thank you
