We had a great time. We just walked in for a couple beers but will be back to try the food! Itās a nice laid back bar. You can play pool, darts and Keno. Beer was cold and service was friendly! You can park out front or across the street thereās extra free parking.

Iām Will a touring musician that plays all over the country but I live in Columbus Ohio about 30min from Hensonās Pub. The ownerās sister is a long time follower of our band Will Freed Band & reached out to me about doing my acoustic show there. We connected the dots & got a date together.
When I arrive in Johnstown Ohio I immediately love the vibe of the downtown area where the club is. Reminded me of Grantsville WV where Iām from. I start setting up my gear and talking with the staff & realize while loading my gear with my 4, 6 & 9 year old sons at homeā¦I had forgotten my mic stand. A cool guy at the bar was a musician and his rehearsal studio was behind the club. We run & grab a mic stand and I finished setting up. I sit down at the bar and order a grilled chicken sandwich with chips (like I always do at a new venue that has food š) and IT WAS PERFECT ! š I have to say it put me in a great mood.
I start the show & people are still settling in & coming in the door so I keep the music pumping & about 20min in I could tell I just had the crowd in the palm of my hand. They were in so I gave them one hell of a ride through StapletonVille, Pettyland & Fleetwood Village š ending the ride at Freedtown USA with some Original Music . We had such a great time & the place was packed all night.
The whole cast & crew were helpful, kind people with a true love for music.
I felt right at home & look forward to many more live shows with them. Visit Hensonās for bingo night, live music, dart league, pool league and more #willfreedfans
