Would give 🅾️ stars if I could.... 95% sure most in this town would agree with me✅️ The employees and service is down right horrible, the food is not great, not even good at all! It's always cold, OLD, and wrong. So be sure to check ur bags before u pull away...after you sit and wait 10+ mins for your food, this is by no means a FAST food joint. Better off with Wendy's or Burger King....better yet, just go hungry OR go to the next town! 👍🏻

We just stopped a this McDonald's in Johnstown at 7:05 pm. The drive thru line was backed out to the street, so we parked to go inside. What???? They are open, but the door is locked!! Maybe their updated hours should if it's just the drive thru. 🤨

Don't usually recommend Johnstown Ohio mcds. Ever since Bobby moved to the mount Vernon Ohio store, Johnstown, Ohio has went to hell in the hand basket.
They are very slow I order food to pick up at 10 and its still not out here and they make me late for work I’m very mad

This place is absolutely a joke. I do not understand how a store can mess up so many things in one visit. Went to the drive thru, ordered. Asked for a drink carrier since I had 4 drinks and they said they didn’t have any. That they were in the shed. Hmmmm no one wanted to go get some? Alright. Had to move forward because they were also looking for tops for the shakes. After over 10 minutes I decided to go in. Got passed and ignored by at least five people. When someone finally came over I said I have been waiting and was then told it was the shake mix? Um what? People behind me in the line got their shakes. I have contacted corporate before. You get a coupon and an oopsie, but nothing ever gets better. The best part is our bacon sandwich had no bacon. This is business is going under quick.

Absolutely disgusting. I understand it is McDonald's, and you get what you pay for. Warm, flat soda and cold, old fries are what to expect here is this establishment. I wouldn't bother.

Place my order online and went to go pick it up turns out it was placed at the wrong McDonald's and they told me that at the window I called the Morse road McDonald's and they said that I would have to talk it over with Johnstown The manager behind the counter Stephanie was so rude I told her I already paid for the order I can tell her what my order is she was even able to look up my order with my name on it and she refused she said she'll do it but I'm going to have to pay for it again I already have the receipt showing that I've already paid for it so she literally stole $20 from me and then said there's nothing I can do roll her eyes and walked away Worst McDonald's I have ever seen do not eat here it's not worth it
