I was the only customer in there. 3 people working. All of them working on an online order. I waited over 5 minutes, no one looked at me, no one spoke to me & no one offered to serve me. I left with no food & my break too short at that point to go somewhere else. I went there specifically bc there wasn’t anyone ghere.

Mobile ordering through the store was a mistake because they forgot to toast both of my sandwiches, didn’t cut them, and didn’t include any napkins in the bag. The uncut sandwich led to me, dropping most of it on the floor, which made me more annoyed.

Best sandwich experience ever. I arrived 5 minutes before close to a wonderful, warm welcome. I was told repeatedly by the lady making my sandwich that she loved last minute customers. She took the extra time to cut my tomatoes, which was her recommendation, before toasting my sub. Just a delightful and unexpectedly upbeat person sharing her happiness.This quality of genuine concern for others above oneself is rare and needs to be celebrated. I'm honored to have met such a humble and kind person

Not quite sure what is going on with this place but we ordered online and when I got back home with the food, two of our sandwiches were correct but the third was a completely different order for another customer so I had to go back and get the right sub. Ordered again a few days later and it was different associates and my sub was missing the Avocado which is an extra $ 2.00 charge and i wad also missing the black olives. So I had to show them it was missing and they gave me two small containers. The point is it's frustrating to have to unwrap your food and check it when your ordering online to save time. I don't want to have to order inside but might have to from now on so I can see it being made and get the right items that are ordered.
