It was Wendy's, so exactly as you'd expect. They got my order right, which is more than I can say for 50% of other locations. It was reasonably freshish. The staff was friendly and courteous. No complaints. Nothing stood out as all that great either.

To say this place is on ISLAND TIME every...single.... time is an understatement!!! No one here right now, and I've been waiting nearly 15 minutes to pick up this doordash order... There is never a sense of urgency EVER!! this place needs some serious retraining, or even better, actual training to DJ their jobs

Every time I order chili with sour cream onions and hot sauce, they manage to forget one or two of the toppings, often replacing it with cheese (cheese isn't an issue when I'm not upcharged). Purely leaving this poor review until this is fixed.

Cashier wasn't paying attention to the orders. The lady in front of me order was wrong. My order was wrong and the guy behind me got the wrong sandwich. The counter where the lids, straws and napkins were was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The kitchen area had paper, fries, lettuce and liquids spilled on it and was very dirty. There were more flies inside this Wendy's than inside a barn. This place used to be clean, the staff used to be friendly and now they act like they don't care and don't want to be there and they never got my order wrong. But, today it seemed like every order was wrong 🤷

Food was hot- so thats a plus side. Staff on the other hand were bad mouthing customers because they can just go home and cook and so on. Absolutely disgusting demeanor towards PAYING CUSTOMERS. Visiting from out of town and just needed a quick bite but will not be back at this location again.

Sitting in drive-through window, I was asked to pull forward when there was nobody behind me now I'm sitting in a lot upfront and there's no customers here. Why asked me to pull forward if I'm not blocking traffic because there is none.

The night time management and one of the employees was as rude as they can be as a medical traveling tech I ate at tone a Wendy's from Georgia to new york to Michigan thirteen hundred townships and twelve hundred cities, and i've had three bad experiences, and this is one of them. When I corrected them on the order, they yeah, disputed back as the manager in the background, it was saying in the background, what now in some places doesn't offer the squirrel. It has regular vanilla and chocolate only. So we just wanted a correction. So they got mad about that, I ordered a peach mellow yellow, and that's when they really got attitude about it, because I wanted a peach melillo that gave me a regular mellow yellow . I feel if you pay $22 for food you expect it to be at least what you ask for. The fries was greasy and the professionalism behind what the manager leading into the employee was not professional at all. I am goin to corporate on this location. I have the other 3 in the past ... I didn't come there for that with my friends children. Disrespectful I dont leave feed back on anything unless I think the public needs to see it . I threw the food in the trash because I did not want to go back and deal with them. Thanks for a great night johnstown wendy's ..

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a strawberry iced tea sweet. They gave me an iced coffee. I took a drink and said right away this is not sweet. BTW I HATE coffee. 🤮 My son's aide took it in for me. I guess the coffee and tea were side-by-side. She even took a spoon and tasted it. She also doesn't like coffee. They fixed it for me.

My granddaughter loves pickles on her Burger we always ask for extra pickle she never gets extra pickle just started ordering a cup of pickles which I get charged for.i only get my drink there .They do give my dog a pup cup every time we are there I like that they do that so does my puppy
