I went through the drive-thru and ordered a strawberry iced tea sweet. They gave me an iced coffee. I took a drink and said right away this is not sweet. BTW I HATE coffee. 🤮 My son's aide took it in for me. I guess the coffee and tea were side-by-side. She even took a spoon and tasted it. She also doesn't like coffee. They fixed it for me.

My granddaughter loves pickles on her Burger we always ask for extra pickle she never gets extra pickle just started ordering a cup of pickles which I get charged for.i only get my drink there .They do give my dog a pup cup every time we are there I like that they do that so does my puppy

Very unclean restrooms. I just got a frosty, and our cashier fixed it for us without wearing gloves, and I saw him touch the inside of the cup before he fixed it. Not very sanitary!

Order online for Carry out. I don’t know how you mess it up. It’s already on the screen. Didn’t send fries, nuggets, straws or napkins. Send my son to go get missing items and they still didn’t give straws and missing a Fry. Place is turning into the worst

You should really have a human being double checking whatever that AI drive thru thing you guys are using now. I just got home and my order is all wrong. The order never appeared on the screen, the AI never confirmed anything with me, the guy at the window didn't confirm anything. You need to do some more testing or add in some checks/confirmations before you roll out this AI order taker.

Cold food. I went here on my way to an appt. Breakfast was lukewarm and the wedges (the only reason I eat Wendy's breakfast) were cold like they were in a refrigerator. The only warm thing was the coffee. Second time this happened. Won't be back to this location and I live in town.....

I buy chili a lot from this Wendy’s it’s on my way home. So often it’s not full. Even the family size the last few time. Maybe they are told not to. You are not getting your money worth. I have got it from other Wendy’s they always fill it up. Just disappointed.
