Disgusting inside, none of the table were clean, floor was a mess . Workers just standing around . Sidewalks were not shoveled and made it very difficult to manuever my mothers wheelchair. Very dissapointed. Dont waste your money at this place.

Food was ok for a Wendy’s. I think they forgot to turn on the heat as it was freezing in there. Just cold enough to think I was in a space ship just like the spelling of my name implied. 😂😂

The staff are friendly, but it seems they don’t know what they are doing. I wanted to add a coupon to my meal. I told the person ringing me up at the drive through, I want to add a coupon and they didn’t add the coupon, so I didn’t get my nuggets. They need more training and to listen to the customer better. They are friendly and helpful, but I want my hamburger and free nuggets.
It was Wendy's, so exactly as you'd expect. They got my order right, which is more than I can say for 50% of other locations. It was reasonably freshish. The staff was friendly and courteous. No complaints. Nothing stood out as all that great either.

To say this place is on ISLAND TIME every...single.... time is an understatement!!! No one here right now, and I've been waiting nearly 15 minutes to pick up this doordash order... There is never a sense of urgency EVER!! this place needs some serious retraining, or even better, actual training to DJ their jobs

Every time I order chili with sour cream onions and hot sauce, they manage to forget one or two of the toppings, often replacing it with cheese (cheese isn't an issue when I'm not upcharged). Purely leaving this poor review until this is fixed.

Cashier wasn't paying attention to the orders. The lady in front of me order was wrong. My order was wrong and the guy behind me got the wrong sandwich. The counter where the lids, straws and napkins were was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The kitchen area had paper, fries, lettuce and liquids spilled on it and was very dirty. There were more flies inside this Wendy's than inside a barn. This place used to be clean, the staff used to be friendly and now they act like they don't care and don't want to be there and they never got my order wrong. But, today it seemed like every order was wrong 🤷
