Bread and foot long snacks ( ie pretzel , cookie ,churo ) are ALWAYS STALE. they hardly ever seem to have any menu option I want that day in stock, completely disappointed.they shut down Ottoville Ohio subway in turn for this sad excuse ?I've tried multiple times will not be returning and hope a better shop more deserving gets chance to take that spot.
Awful service, they hide what they're doing when making the sandwich. My sandwich had 2 slices of meat..
I don’t often leave bad reviews but my experience was awful here. My husband and I stopped to grab a quick lunch today (10-20-24 around 1pm) and the young boy working was terrible. No customer service whatsoever. I got a blt and he put 2 1/2 tomatoes on my sub. Of course you can’t see what they are doing behind the counter like a normal subway so I didn’t know until I got home. Extremely rude and just bad experience overall. Management should speak to the boy working.

The boy making sandwiches was impatient and had a bad attitude. He only toasted my sub for 2 seconds and so it was cold. My friend didn't even eat her meatball sub. She said the break was old and chewy and the meatballs tasted funny.

The young lady working your Sunday morning shift on 2/11/24 & 2/25/24 should be talked to about the definition of customer service. I would suggest sending a friend or family member who she doesn't know in to order a sub when she's working and see if they are treated as I was TWICE. Hopefully she grows out of this behavior as she progresses from job to job, as I doubt any and all future employers will tolerate it. I think all she needs is a friendly talk and she'll be fine.

Not even worth 1 start it requires. Of course they didn’t have the food items needed to make orders and when you go to pick it up after ordering on the app, nobody knew how to refund the money. They voided the online order hoping the money returns to the card. Take your money elsewhere

Food was great, staff was outside smoking when we arrived and didn't wash hands when they returned. But was wearing gloves.
