Usually everything is pretty good here, but today was terrible. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup, and every time I hit the button saying I arrived, the app said it wasn't ready yet. After waiting 10 or 15 minutes after my pickup time my order was sitting inside. I asked for the meat to be heated in the microwave and it was cold. I asked for double meat and that was also missed. Hopefully this was just an off night for them, but disappointing just the same.

The place had two Indian workers, a man and woman, which is fine. However I have celiac disease and ordered a meat salad. I asked the woman politely to change her gloves and made her aware of my condition. She did not change her gloves and began handling the bread right before making my food. I paid but asked her to remake the food and change gloves before doing so. The woman flew into a rage, screaming at me and humiliating me in public. She refused to remake the food, mocking me in front of a line of people. The man was nice enough and stepped in and gave me a refund, but as I left the woman shouted that she doesn't care about my food allergies, belittling me further. This Subway clearly does not care about food safety, and I want everyone who has food allergies to be cautious. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!

I love subway but was very disappointed with this restaurant. first we walked in without a “welcome in”. The least they could have done was tell us that they would be right with us since they were working on online orders. It took at least 7 minutes for them to even acknowledge us standing in line.
Our subs were both wraps (which he put on flat bread, but we didn’t say anything so that’s our own fault) . i could have gotten a 6in sub cheaper and with more food. They charged us for a 12” sub when really, this wrap was smaller than 6”. nearly $20 for a snack.

Staff was incredibly rude, the service was on the slow side. Plus a number of items we wanted on our subs were not available. We won't be going back. Save yourself the headache and head to the walmart location.

Made an online order. Went to pick it up. It initially wasn't ready at pick up time, no biggie is what it is. Then Iwas informed they were out of meatballs. No sweat, i simply asked for a refund for those 2 subs. I was told they dont refund? Wild. They offered to make me a sub that was valued under what I had paid (paid the extra 4 dollars for double meat for both of the subs). Not that it truly matters, but I won't be going back. Super bummed about this experience. I'm normally never that guy, but this rubbed me the wrong way. How are you not going to refund something that was paid for, that you didn't have. But refused to refund.

The service was horrible! The guy working there was very rude. The veggies didn’t look that fresh. I would not recommend getting the nachos. It says footlong, however it was more like a 6 inch. He put a bag of Doritos in the middle of the footlong wrapper . There was about 2 inches on each side of the container after he was done with it.

I just visited this location today for launch, I ordered ($76.62) of food, 5, 12” subs. All of the subs bread was old/stale and hard. It had to be at least a day or 2 old, I called the owner/manager and complained, he hung up the phone on me. I will never be returning to this subway again. I also filed a complaint with subway corporate. I strongly suggest not eating here as they don’t care about customer service and the food is not fresh. This was absolutely disgusting and I will take my business elsewhere.

These people can't read. Ordered double meat and extra veggies on 2 subs. Got single meat and very few veggies. Plus the owner isn't the most polite. If you're going to charge people extra for stuff you better give it to them.

Food was brunt, bread was like concrete. I banned myself from this store years ago because of how substandard the food was and made the mistake of letting my wife grab lunch from there and I immediately knew it was a bad call on bite one. Took it back and got back my money. Read the reviews. Save the time and go ANYWHERE else to eat. Subway really need to manage whom they let run a franchise!
