I placed a online order at 10:16 am it was confirmed by Wendy’s computer system at almost 11 after I call the manager was rude to me instead they wasn’t making my breakfast because somehow after the order was confirmed at 10:16 they didn’t get it on there computer until 10:34 I should have still got my breakfast not my issue there computers have issues the confirmation time should have been the time they had to go by. The manager she was so rude I think they should fire her refusing to make there issue right.they think a coupon in the mail fixes everything what happen to making the customer happy when your company messes up guess Wendy’s doesn’t care about customer service anymore.

Can't cancel my door dash so that I could go somewhere else then you close while I'm waiting hours later just to still not get food and everything is closed
Ordered myself dinner after work and got a triple baconator and all three patties were burnt and overcooked and the fries were double dipped in the fryer. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING

We had to have a sandwich made 3 different times, my sandwich made incorrectly but I just ate it anyway, along with the staff treating us like crap because we wanted our food made correctly. Absolutely would not recommend here, the one in Upper Sandusky is so much better.
