Manager was more worried about dancing than making sure the food was fresh. Fries were so old and cold my 3 dogs wouldn’t even eat them .
Now that’s bad seeing I didn’t ever see any of them pass up fries. Greasy taste n cold. Nasty!!!

Just ordered burgers - took a long time to get & we're cool/cold. Cashier didn't know if they had Wi-Fi . 4 loud kids hanging out apparently getting free food from the kids who were working. My husband said I should give them one star. 🫤

I placed a online order at 10:16 am it was confirmed by Wendy’s computer system at almost 11 after I call the manager was rude to me instead they wasn’t making my breakfast because somehow after the order was confirmed at 10:16 they didn’t get it on there computer until 10:34 I should have still got my breakfast not my issue there computers have issues the confirmation time should have been the time they had to go by. The manager she was so rude I think they should fire her refusing to make there issue right.they think a coupon in the mail fixes everything what happen to making the customer happy when your company messes up guess Wendy’s doesn’t care about customer service anymore.
