French Ridge Vineyards

last weekend we celebrated our 20th anniversary in a cabin @ French RIDGE. peaceful, beautiful and great host, hostess! music was perfect, pizza was excellent and p pork dinner also! so wonderful to celebrate with friends as that is Scott, Kathie and Jack, friends!!

Our favorite Ohio winery. Great wines, food is outstanding , music and wonderful owners treat ya like good friends...or maybe we go there so much we are 🧡 friends

They have a good selection of sweet wines! Favorites were the White Frost, and the red Frosty, Inspiration and Blueberry were close seconds. Two large sweet dogs will greet you. They have heat lamps for the patio area on chilly days and the staff are very helpful

This place is definitely a hidden in the boonies gem. The wine is amaizng. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE WINE SLUSHIES. If you get there while they have the peach wine slushie, you really are God's favorite.
The only food I've tried is the pizza and low key it's amazing. They don't skimp on toppings and it's delicious.

This place feels a little more like hanging out at a friends house than going to a pretentious restaurant. It's certainly nice enough for a romantic evening and yet casual enough for friends to hang out after work.

And did I mention the wine slushies?

Hospitality, wines, pizza, and entertainment unbelievable! Definitely worth a visit! The owner Scott and his wife so personable! Two cabins for overnight stay reasonably priced! If you haven’t visited this winery, please put it on your list. It’s worth the drive from wherever you live! This will be a regular spot we’re going to visit in the future! Awesome winery! It is down a 1.5 mile gravel road but don't worry as it's an easy drive. The wines are very good and they have a great variety. The pizza was delicious. We started talking to the owner as he was checking on guests and ended up chatting for almost an hour. I will recommend this place to everyone who visits the area.

Perfect atmosphere, beautiful views and delicious wine and food. My husband and I decided to try French Ridge on a whim and we ended up spending most of our Saturday there. We will definitely be back!

I had LIKED the winery and my husband today surprised me by taking us there for the first time.The VIEWS ARE STUNNING OHIO HOLMES COUNTY VIEWS.❤️ The wines all have wonderful flavors and each different.The owners are very welcoming and when we expressed interest in staying at their cabin took us on a tour of them and again those VIEWS❤️We will definitely be coming back

This place is amazing! Beautiful views and the owners are so friendly! I’m so sad we didn’t get a chance to eat dinner here (we had dinner before arriving), the grill was going and the food looked delicious! If you’re an animal lover like me, you’ll love the two dogs who are around! Taz and Tinkerbell. This is a must visit!! You won’t be disappointed.

Every time we have been there, we have had an amazing time! We took our son and daughter-in-law for dinner. The owner sat down with us for about 20 minutes. When he got up, our son asked how long we had known him. We responded that we never met him before. He treated us like family. Great venue. Great wine. Great food. Outstanding hospitality!

Make sure you call before you drive all the way out there. They do NOT follow their published hours.

Really unique experience. No menu, everyone gets served at the same time. The food was great the wine was better.:) They have live music after dinner. It all takes place over looking some of their vineyards.
