It doesn't seem like the staff knows what is going on inside. They argued that a kids cup was the standard size drink over the standard 20oz size. They are selling the kids cup at standard price and giving less food than advertised (2 chicken tenders vs 3) too. Highly recommend avoiding this place due to how rude the staff is and sub-par overpriced food.

Unfortunately, the people here lack more commitment and more customer service. They are not respectful of customers. When they arrive, they do not greet them and they do not serve the food properly. It seems as if one comes to order and not to buy.

Be advised, we do not recommend the Chicken Shack. The 20 minute wait to get the food was understandable as we were eating right around lunch time. However, the 30 minutes just to pay for the food was ridiculous. The kid behind the counter didn’t have a clue and kept walking off to get assistance. We had the daily drink plan and the kid said they were out of the special cups only to find out later they did have them. So we paid around $50 to eat a cold meal for two. Also most of the condiments were out and took about another 15 minutes to get them filled even after advising a manager. All of the tables were a mess as no one was cleaning up or cleaning after themselves. Just a horrible and annoyance experience.

Im not a chicken but if I was born as one I would be disrespected if I was turned into this chicken sandwich. It was the driest least flavorful, cold, sandwich I’ve ever consumed. On top of that the fries were soggy and were not salted in the slightest and the pickels were rancid. They were also out of every dipping sauce outside

This is one of the best places to eat in the park when it is hot outside or raining. The outdoor seating has shade that keeps you cool and dry. The food was decent, but its location and seating options make it a standout food spot at the park.

Generous portion sizes. We had the chicken strips. Big pieces of quality chicken breast. Not a whole lot of breading, and not a lot of flavor. But probably a lot healthier than a typical chicken strip. Meal came with a yummy piece of garlic bread (not healthy at all). On the dining plan. Lots of shaded area for sitting to eat

I'm kind of sad they got rid of their smoked wings, but the sandwiches are always fresh. The chicken salad is amazing as well. Bigger portioned salad which is also nice!
Smoked wings were very good especially being that they are inside of an amusement park. A little on the pricey side but that's almost expected plus they take the meal plan. 6 wings and fries are around $17. It did appear their wings are tossed and smoked in house which was a surprise.
