This is one of the best places to eat in the park when it is hot outside or raining. The outdoor seating has shade that keeps you cool and dry. The food was decent, but its location and seating options make it a standout food spot at the park.

I went to kings island this past weekend and I decided to try chicken shack. I wasn’t expecting much but when I tried the chicken it was amazing the employees where kind and definitely the best place to eat at kings island

Generous portion sizes. We had the chicken strips. Big pieces of quality chicken breast. Not a whole lot of breading, and not a lot of flavor. But probably a lot healthier than a typical chicken strip. Meal came with a yummy piece of garlic bread (not healthy at all). On the dining plan. Lots of shaded area for sitting to eat

I'm kind of sad they got rid of their smoked wings, but the sandwiches are always fresh. The chicken salad is amazing as well. Bigger portioned salad which is also nice!

I was here for winter fest last night and as we were getting ready to leave, me and my uncle went to stop for something to eat real quick and we decided to stop here. When we ordered we got two chicken sandwiches one plain and one spicy, two parfaits and a sweet tea. It was out within 15 seconds of ordering which is not a good sign. Despite the name these were not fresh. When you pay $15 for a single chicken sandwich you expect it to be good but it was not that, in fact it was cold and not tasteful. There were also multiple workers sitting around doing nothing when they could've been cleaning the nasty tables in the dining room.

Smoked wings were very good especially being that they are inside of an amusement park. A little on the pricey side but that's almost expected plus they take the meal plan. 6 wings and fries are around $17. It did appear their wings are tossed and smoked in house which was a surprise.

This is by far the best place to eat in the park when you have the meal plan you get 3 really big pieces of chicken a big basket of fries and I big Texas toast... glad we stopped in here..oh and the food is really great hot and delish...
