Only one bartender/server for the entire place. Extremely slow service. Asked to cancel food order since it took 40 mins for 1 pretzel. Bar maid with the dreads still charges us for food (that wasn’t out yet) bc we ordered it. Yet it wasn’t out or ready yet. A waste of money. Do not recommend this dump. Staff this place with more than one employees & two cooks on a football Sunday.

Crowley’s is a great local spot. We travel a lot and every time we come home to Cleveland Crowley’s is a must visit for us.
It’s a dive bar, it’s literally in the name, so you need to expect a dive bar. That being said it has a wonderful local vibe and the service is always good and the staff is friendly.
The burger is amazing, please ignore all negative reviews. They don’t understand what a good smash burger should be like, which, for the record, is exactly how they make it here.

If you ask for something and your server says “sure no problem” and then turns around and doesn’t do what they just said they would and then act like they could care less then ya it makes me not want to come here. Service is as follows. 2 girls mostly talking to regulars and ignoring the rest of the people waiting for refills or anything else. Sorry but if I ask up front prior to ordering and you say “ yes”. Please follow through on that as your tip depends on it. It’s called a dive bar for a reason. It’s certainly a dive and every time I eat here I get a headache later 🤦♂️

This has to be the best kept “Dive Bar”secret in Kirtland … I’m new to the area! The smash burgers are outstanding the bartenders and staff are amazing it’s always a Funtime everyone is so welcoming!! They also have weekly specials that are phenomenal!

Their smash burgers are excellent! I personally love the Wisconsin cheese curds. Make sure to get an extra cup of the Crowley boy sauce. Good food, great service and friendly staff. I order out, only because their location is on the small side.
