Hey guys, I only come for breakfast! And their delicious carnal frappe. Any location. The breakfast I can tolerate. Not the eggs though. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend eating MCDonalds! Most locations don’t have the best customer service and I’ve been east, west, North and south! I have to admit I’ve had to go out of state to get really good McDonalds. But to each its own.

I don't know who she was, but we were eating in and (I'm assuming) a manager asked us how we were doing. She then asked if we'd like a refill on our drinks. We declined, but that's the first time I've ever felt superior customer service at a McDonalds. She went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated.

Employees all had a attitude because I went back and asked for fries that were hot.
Wow the bathroom were completely disgusting. The woman's had 1 locked from inside and the other out of order. Went into men's and it was disgusting, paper all over the floor and had not been cleaned in a long time while all the employees are standing there on their phones. Took a min to get a straw because they're all busy scrolling including the manager. Didn't expect that in Lagrange but at least we know for next time.

This is how drinks come, pictures are from two different times. One kid told me that's what the button gives, and we can't add more. Fries are cold, and a manager told me they can hold the Fries 17 minutes. I think it was 8 or 9 minutes when i worked at mcdonalds, in the 80s. Tip: Order Fries without salt. They will have to make them fresh.. I don't have the issues lagrange does at other mcdonalds. Wellington oberlin even grafton the Fries are hot and drinks come filled and iced... this is on the owner.

needs a deep clean ASAP restroom has 1 stall and a broken out of service urinal. the floor is sticky with puddles in front of the only working toilet. the carpet at the counter is filthy and needs a good cleaning i can’t imagine how bad the kitchen is. hard pass go next door and buy chicken at Friendship gas station
