I went in there thinking I was going to get such a delicious and rewarding lunch little did I know I was going to be met with such hostile employees they messed up my order then I go in to ask them to fix it would not fix it very rude. Had to go back through the line and re-order what I wanted originally and had to pay double.

The rudest staff I have ever seen . No customer service skills at all .If I hate my life was a person that would justly explain the staff attitude there . Makes no eye contact ,doesn’t say one word to us,doesn’t call our order number and just puts our pops down walks away with no straws. None of the condiments were filled so I figured they would put our straws in our to go bag. Several minutes later they come with a to go bag threw it down .Again didn’t say not one word to us and didn’t even look at us or acknowledge us so RUDE . I then checked in the bag and there were no straws so I said excuse me can we get some straws? They’re just standing behind the wall and no one ever acknowledge us. No one ever brought us straws at all. Just completely ignored us and it was empty. No one in the dining room and a couple cars came through the drive-through in the long time we were there the wait was extremely long too . Trying to find out the store number to make a formal complaint !!!!!!! 550 n center st Lagrange at like 8:11pm.

I ordered a hot decaf coffee which they were brewing fresh. After waiting for the fresh brew, they mixed up my coffee with one they had sitting there, that belonged to someone else and had been drank from. It was completely cold and it was caffienated, something that would land me in the hospital. When I tried to call inside to get my coffee replaced, the office phone consistently rang busy. This McDonalds is privately owned, charges significantly more than other locations with lesser quality service. Management has gone down hill, maintaining an unfriendly demeanor and attitude not geared towards being helpful like previous years. Not a good model of standards set for their staff. I see the recent reviews line up with everything Ive experienced. I prefer to drive a little further to get food I can trust, friendly service by people who behave professionally and better yet fair prices.

I just experienced the worst customer service at this location going through the drive through. Whoever the young female employee was who took my payment was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Not only was my order wrong, she was extremely condescending when we asked if the order was correct. I ended up going back inside to buy extra food that they forgot to give me so I did not have to deal with her again and it was 100 times easier ordering on the kiosk than dealing with the rude employee at the drive through. Save the headache and go inside to order.

Be nice to get the actual sandwich I spent 10 bucks on. Instead I received a chicken patty, bacon and bread that was it! I didnt know add bacon meant take everything else off the sandwich.
Every single mcdonalds is going to crap! Not a single resturant can get there crap straight. Always missing toys I pay arm and leg for. Food that cost alot not even made correctly or how it's asked for. Very very disappointed!!!!!!!!

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel but once we open it to eat it we realized there's no sausage!! Just an egg bagel... tried calling multiple times. Three calls later still no answer so I decided to just leave a review. So ridiculous 🙄
Went inside and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take my order, only drive thru customers matter at this McDonald's

I got the American Honey latte! Honey, Vanilla, Caramel Drizzle, Sea Salt, Dark Espresso, topped with Salted sweet coldfoam
I really liked this one! We also got the hot honey avacado toast. It could have used a little seasoning and more hot honey. But none the less it was good! The lucky penny is a cute little coffee shop restaurant. They sell local beef and there is a cute mercantile store attached.
