Been going to Kyp's for years and never had a bad experience until recently. I went in to get a burger and milkshake and the quality of the food was not as good as it used to be but still better than McDonald's. While I was there, I witnessed an older woman screaming at the employees. I was so stunned that I didn't say anything. I found out later that the woman is the owner and she treats all her employees like they are subhuman. I have no problem with the help working under the table but I've heard that the employees have no way to clock in/out so that there is no record of actual hours worked. She gets away with under paying them because there's no proof.
Chili cheese burger ? is amazing. I've liked everything I've ever ordered. Milkshakes are great and they have the best french fries around

Yup the burgers are good. But… would you feel comfortable buying a product you knew was made by abused child labor? No? Yeah same. The screaming and swearing woman running the place hates EVERYBODY in town although sweet and kind to their faces

Place has really gone downhill. The woman complains nonstop about not only all her employees but the owners of the other businesses in town.Employees also are expected to be paid for the time they work, but aren’t.

The owner seems like a nice old lady at first until you work for her for a couple of minutes. When people come in she is super friendly to their face but then talks badly about them after they leave. She hates the owners of other businesses in town. Snaps “Jesus Christ!!! “ almost nonstop at almost every opportunity and not in a prayerful manner. This place is completely toxic now and it’s sad. Also expects people to work for free and that’s not the way the world should work.
