My mother and I stopped here for dinner. When we went in, the air conditioner was going full blast. My mom mentioned she was cold, and the young man at the register said he would turn it down for her. The young man took our order and turned down the air. He brought our food out to us at our table. He was very nice and had the best customer service. The food was hot and very good. It's been a while since we have gotten customer service and food that good at a fast food restaurant. I definitely give a 5 out of 5 stars for this location. If you go through Lebanon, stop here.

I recently visited Arby’s and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of one (Woman) of the employees. They were rude and dismissive during the interaction, and even went so far as to make up a new “rule”, claiming they had to see me press the confirmation button on the screen — something, who do you think YOU ARE??? I’ve never experienced before at any Arby’s location. Like who

Yesterday they took my take out order and then just ignored me. After 20 minutes I just left. They may have been working on a large order, but they need to be trained on how to keep their regular business running under these conditions. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
