The beef pot roast had a spongy consistency. I later researched why and it could be that it wasn’t cooked long enough. Anyway, I didn’t eat it. We also thought the pumpkin pie had too much cinnamon. Everything else ok. I miss Frisches!

The food was fair but the service made our experience terrible. The woman should find another job where she doesn't have to help people out my goodness

This is the best Bob Evans location. My wife and I like the "pick two" meals where you get a sandwich, a salad, and a choice of bread. I am also a fan of their sausage patties, and my wife likes their banana nut bread. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The prices are also reasonable. My parents, who are picky eaters, recommended this location, and it was a great suggestion.

HORRIBLE. We just walked out after being there for 20 minutes, ignored ?, not even offered water!!! There were 5, yes FIVE, waitresses at the front cash register area as we walked out and I clearly told them, that it was ridiculous. Prior to that, one of those very servers had wiped each table around us, but didn't even greet or acknowledge us, according to my husband. Btw, they were NOT BUSY at all. This was completely pathetic and a blatant lack of any managerial oversight.

I feel this location and the menu offerings have gone downhill. BE used to be a family favorite be it for family meals carry out or dining in. Maybe this location is short staffed but anytime I've been there in the last year the food wait times and service are on the slow side. I always double check my carryout bc there's always something missing. The menu seems to have dwindled, it's a lot of twist on similar dishes and the appetizer/shareable choices are limited to 3 or 4 things, none of which sounded very good. (Maybe candied bacon as a breakfast app but whose doing that?) I used to love the loaded potato soup. It doesn't come with chives anymore half the time and the recipe seems to have changed. It's basically cheese soup with potato chunks now. I will say that it's on the more affordable side with budget friendly options and the kids eat free with an adult entree on Tuesdays is great for families.

Great service and food today at this location! We had a large party of 7 and the server kept up with drinks, engaged the kids, brought the food out quickly and accurately. It made the whole dining experience enjoyable for everyone, Thank you! I don't recall the server's name, but he made several jokes and was very attentive to our needs, top notch service!
