We sat waiting for a table. We watched at least 6 families walk in, wait then leave because no one was getting seated. We were told there was only 1 cook so it would be awhile. We also left and went elsewhere for dinner. We love Bob Evans food however Bob Evans lost much business tonight as seating a meal delivery was so slow. You can't blame the 1 cook who was back there. I hope service gets better

Not really pleased with this experience, had to wait a long while for our food to get to the table then mine came out before wife's. Even though she got a pecan cranberry salad, I got chicken fried steak green beans and mashed potatoes, the green beans where cold the mashed potatoes where luke warm the chicken fried steak was cooked good. Just a bad experience this time. Ate Bob Evans before and no issues. We will try again before we totally boycott it.

The young man that served me walked into the restaurant just starting his shift I was shock to see him wait on me as fast as I sat down he was very friendly and very efficient as well the food was excellent I had the potatoe cheese soup and my standby turkey an dressing excellent as usual. I can't say enough about Bob Evans I've never been disappointed

We walked in and the hostess said it will be awhile to be seated . There was only 2 servers for the whole restaurant. There was a party of 4 in front of us that the hostess told them . So we turned around and walked out. That is very poor management and how are you expected to run a business like this ? Pathetic!!!!

We have always enjoyed this Bob Evans so hopefully it was just a bad day. My wife and I both ordered grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. Out of the four pieces of chicken, three of them tasted like they were microwaved. Very rubbery texture. The mashed potatoes had some kind of lumps through them. It was not unmashed potato. Seemed like the potatoes had stuck to the bottom of the pot and became chunks. Very disappointed with this visit. Like I said, hopefully it was just a bad day.
Good food, service was slowish due to waitress being hard of hearing. If you don't mind waiting a few extra minutes, it's fine.

Met friends for a quick lunch as we were passing through. We decided on Bob Evans because we knew we would get in and out, with good service, and good food. Three of us chose the Pick 2 lunch option, receiving soup, salads, and sandwich. I loved my 1/2 BLT sandwich and 1/2 Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad! More than filling!! Others enjoyed their Wildfire Chicken Salad and Cheddar Baked Potato Soup. The 4th had a western omelet with hash browns. Banana bread, biscuits, and rolls were available for our meal. Our meals hit the spot. Our server was attentive, keeping our coffee and water refilled. Overall a very nice place to meet up!
