I just got some carryout wings. Molly was running the register and did a phenomenal job! 10/10 . There was a confusion with a QR code and she did a wonderful job handling it. Helped me with everything I needed and was super polite. Give this girl a raise!

It's nice that they usually have the UFC events on the big screens. It would be nice though if they would support those who don't choose to partake in alcohol and maybe create a section for those of us who choose to not partake in alcohol. If I knew there was a space that I didn't have to be surrounded by alcoholic beverages and those drinking them I would attend more often. Just a thought.

You guys need to get your crap together. Came for simple dinner as a couple. No alcohol drinks this time. 2 small orders of wings and 2 orders of fries. There is no reason whatsoever that we can not get our food at the same time. Got my food, and my partner waited almost 20 min before they got theirs.. so she had to sit and watch me eat until hers finally came.. unfortunately, this is not the first time that this has happened.. this made the 3rd time for us.. I've talked to many people who have had the same experience.. sadly, we and most of my family and friends will not be going here anymore.. until I hear rumors that service has gotten better. Update!!! Place sucks.. thought I'd try and pick up an online order. Got there right on time, food sitting behind the counter and no worker.. waited a few min, and walked back there to get it myself.. looked over and yup the worker in the prep room in a leisure conversation with a female worker.. fries went in the trash, cold and nasty and chicken luke warm.. I'm absolutely done! This place needs to be closed up! I'm sick of there over priced crap food, non working, no ethics employees, and their BS. Rant over!

I hate to do this, but this is the third time in a row my service has been far less than exceptional. My family and I frequent this BW3 - a weekly customer. We have had nothing but exceptional service since moving to Lebanon. Recently, the service has been sloppy and the food has not been fresh when it comes out. The food tastes and feels like it’s been sitting in the back way too long. Since November, our food was always the freshest I’ve ever gotten from a BW3, at any location in Cincy area. The last two times it’s been luke warm. The potato wedges were not cooked completely, the wing flavors were mislabled (Buffalo blue was labeled BBQ ranch and BBQ ranch was labeled Buffalo blue), we had endless apps and didn’t get the apps until our meals were brought out. The cheese in the cheese sticks was not melted and then we asked for our queso to be remade without pico and sat there for about 15 minutes waiting on the server to bring a new queso and she said she forgot. We didn’t get to take full advantage of the endless apps because we got them with our meals & our wait was so long, we had been there for almost an hour and a half. It was not busy, it was Tuesday and place was about 1/4 full. Not the service I’ve been used to at this location, and I know they had been working so hard to make it better and they were killing it previously. The service and food quality is starting to slide backwards.

I recently ordered a takeout dinner from this restaurant and Zoe R. took my call she was informative of the menu and specials which saved me money by bundling my dinner. When I picked up my order Zoe R. was kind and diligently got my order for me with warm conversation and a smile! 😃 I will definitely patronize again because of her quality service and the best wings in town! 👌

Liv I guess her name is, a terrible new manager . I called in because I was missing wedges to my order and she said to take it up with door dash and couldn't find my order. I said I have the receipt I can come back and get it. And she straight hung up on me . So I came back and got my wedges. No problem. The other girls were great and sweet. Glad they don't take after there manager.

My two friends and I had a server named Zoe after I asked to be sat with my friend Emma because she serves here. Zoe took our table and when Emma asked if she could have it Zoe said she WANTED our table. Remember this. She came out and was very rude taking our drink order, and food order later on. Came to check on us one time and never came back, when she came to drop off food and drinks she didn’t say a word. The food wasn’t the best ever either, and none of our food came out at the same time. We waited 20 minutes for my friends food to come out after ours already had. She didn’t even say anything about the late food or ask us if we wanted refills. Mostly a bad experience with this server that said she wanted our table. Don’t take a table if you can’t have proper customer service. I don’t recommend Zoe.
