Tried again this week only to be disappointed yet again with the untimely service and poor attention to detail from staff. My wife and son sat at location waiting on pickup order for over half hour after order was said to be done and ready for pickup. I should've known though, because I've NEVER pulled up to this location and actually got what I ordered when I ordered it. Staff and management don't seem to see the issue. I want my tip back...

Was ordering the online specials when waitress took order. I showed her my phone and the exact stuff in my cart. I explained the specials, she said she’d take care of it. She didn’t and had to ask a manager. Felt like a Karen arguing over $10 per order

Just took my food back because it clearly said no jalapenos and there was jalapenos all over it .. asked them to re make my sampler platter... They took my food back and behind the door... You can tell they just threw everything back in the fryer for a minute and scooped off the jalapenos.. the onion rings are dark brown you can tell they threw them back in the fryer. Will definitely not be back they can never get an order right... Everyone head to the buffalo wild wings in Mason.... They usually get it right and at least it's fresh

This location is hit or miss. I always do a pickup order, and I don't mind waiting for the food. However, I don't want to have to count each wing. I just ordered 30 wings, got home, went to split the wings and there's only 23, unacceptable.

Check your food. Make sure your wings are always sauced and/or seasoned. Many times I've gotten wings from this location and they seem to often forget to add sauce and/or dry rub to wings. Bottom left wings are supposed to be sauced.

I’m only giving this the rating I gave because of the food, the service was terrible. When we received our bill tonight, I asked about the wings discount and why we didn’t get it. Our server said since we did NOT ask for the discount for ‘Wing Tuesday’ when we ordered, we do NOT get the discount that BW3’s has literally plastered everywhere. She said it’s corporate policy to not give the discount unless the customer asks for it prior to ordering, so we ended up paying full price. We were never asked for our rewards phone number, didn’t get silverware or napkins, and not to mention we sat there for 30 minutes after eating before she came with the bill. I wasn’t upset with any of that- we actually had a great time with family for dinner and don’t mind the wait, it was the ‘policy’ and lack of fixing the mistake that bothered me the most. I’ve never, ever not left a tip before, but since the server didn’t ASK for the tip, she didn’t get it. The worst service we’ve ever had there and we visit frequently!

Bone in wings at this exact place have tasted like undrinkable tap water for the past 5 times I have been here in a period of a year, seems like they soak them in tap water to defrost them or something along the lines, its a shame since its the closest Bdubs location to me!

I don't usually give one star reviews, but this place didn't even earn that tonight. The food and the service were both lousy, at best. There were 3 of us, and none of us ordered anything complicated. The food came out at completely separate times, with the Buffalo chicken sandwich coming out 3-4 minutes ahead of the street tacos, then at least 15 minutes and probably closer to 20 minutes elapsed. And once it did come out, it was terrible. It had obviously been sitting in the kitchen for a while. The boneless wings were room temp, the mozzarella sticks had been there long enough that the cheese was solid like it was straight out of a refrigerator and again, room temp. The nachos were cold and soggy, and the onion rings were luke warm. Our server never came back to check on any of the food, and 10 minutes after dropping off the sampler, we finally managed to get her attention to get refills on the other 2 peoples drinks that were empty and let her know about the sampler. Her first response was to get somewhat defensive and say "I took it straight from the cook." They'd had it sitting there and picked it back up if she did. She then said she could have them remake it. I told her no, it took so long the first time and to take it off the bill, at which point she said she had to take it to do that. Whatever, wasn't really worth eating any way. She did ask if we wanted to talk to the manager, and he had more excuses as to why it happened such as they were slammed, and it's a new cook. Service and quality have been going downhill for quite a while at this location, with those at the same table getting their food at random times seemingly becoming their normal. We tried it again tonight after a previous subpar experience thinking it was just an officer night, but it seems subpar is not only their new normal, but something they're even ok with.

Order here frequently out of the simple fact we love bw3s yet this location everytime is just horrible the service is trash the food is always over cooked under sauced and just off . How do you seem to mess up wings abd wedges? Like are you guys just not following the instructions. Just overall horrible time abd time again. Y’all need replaced with Quaker steak and lube

Ultimate nachos with chicken, smacked! The ingredients were fresh and the chicken was seasoned well. But.. BDubs boneless wings are mid. I get why people go, because the atmosphere is fun and the games are always on, but why do the wings taste like frozen Tyson wings tossed in special sauces? Tyson has the worst frozen boneless wings there are (IMO) and so coming to Buffalo Wild Wings is never my first choice. I’d go back for the ultimate nachos, but I’ll skip the boneless wings next time.

I ordered boneless wings, my wife ordered flats and we were sharing fries. 10 -15 minutes I got my wings….. 15 minutes later we got the fries…. 40 minutes later we said to forget about my wife’s food. I took her to a different place to get food. The service kept giving us a story that they were working on her order but it never came….. we never even got an apology from management! They just don’t care!
