Why aren't the thursday BOGO boneless wings available for online order? This is the second week in a row I've tried ordering. Not happy. Very unsatisfied.

Ordered a beer cheesesteak hoagie with fries. Could not believe when food came out. The hoagie was the size of a hotdog bun. Had to double check and make sure I didn't order off the kids menu. Very disappointed, wont be back!

Visited Buffalo Wild Wings recently and had a mixed experience. The drinks were good and probably the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the food was terrible—it came out cold, which was very disappointing. Our server was okay at first, but things changed once we complained about the food. The manager was rude when addressing the issue, although to be fair, she did remake the food. Still, the attitude made the situation uncomfortable and took away from the experience. Overall, decent drinks, but poor food quality and customer service issues mean I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Extremely disappointed. It's been years since we've had BWs. We stopped going around the time they rolled out their new breading on the boneless wings. We decided to give it another try and got carryout. We both got boneless wing, dry with sauce on the side. There was no chicken inside of these wings. It's all breading. And it wasnt a few, it was all of them. Between the two of us, we both got a 10 piece and there had to have been 2 to 3 Oz of actual chicken in all 20 wings. They also charged me a dollar for ranch and then when we got home the cup wasnt even half full. I really love their sauces but this reaffirmed why we stopped going.

We had a girl named Jess when we sat down it’s was a wait to get drinks then the appetizer but then she had attitude mean to me and my son when we just wanted to order we 20 wings and potato wedges It took about 45 mins to come we would call her and she would ignore us yeah super bad service but we have been here before Chris is the man good service nice mood always a pleasure when he serves us but just a bad night
Had to wait almost 30 mins for a to go order which was wrong. Supposed to get Nashville hot chicken sandwich ended up w buffalo chicken and it was not cold but for sure not hot. The potatoe wedges were fabulous though nice and hot!
