Conducting a conference at a business in Lebanon, Ohio this morning. I ordered food via GrubHub. I understand that is not Burger King‘s fault but the delivery instructions were not followed in any manner. What is Burger King‘s fault is that they did not have the quality control to check to make sure that the order was even remotely, correct. When I called to speak to the manager on duty, she made no offer of any kind rectify the situation. All she did was make excuses and not take ownership of what happened or the failure of her crew. Sadly, I did not get her name, but whoever was supervising at 10:45 AM on Friday morning November 1. Absolutely pathetic experience

I try to make allowances for employees who actually show up to work but this is getting ridiculous. I’ve gone to this location multiple times and the wait times are now up to 30 minutes from ordering to getting your food. For a “fast food” place this is completely unacceptable. Today for example I placed a mobile order for some food when we arrived the line was almost out to the street do I tried to go in only to have a sign on the door saying that the lobby was closed due to no staff. I should’ve left then but since I had already paid via the app I had to wait 30 minutes to get to the window only to have an inconsiderate delivery guy walk up to the window (cutting me off) to get the delivery. While I appreciate the people who actually come into work at this point this location needs to close until they can get enough staff to actually run the place.

Shitty location. Stopped by at 1:30pm on a Monday and the dining room was closed and doors locked. Tried calling the restaurants phone number and got a busy tone. They had several cars pulled forward in the drive thru waiting on orders, and about 12 cars still in line. NOT WORTH THE STOP OFF THE HIGHWAY! Save yourself the time and frustration and just go to the next nearest location on your route.
They charge Ohio sales tax on the whole order through the drive thru. They will take it off if you mention it. Sales tax should only be charged for the dining room and for drinks.

I only went drive thru - I can not eat their bread from hamburgers, I still don't want it to be beaten up and tossed unceremoniously into a plastic container. They put the lettuce and stuff in the mixed / upside down burgers. "Cheese burger only" is so difficult here. I've had better results at other BKs nearby. Some people are not able to get the greens and gluten laden breads. I keep trying, since they are closer. Taking it apart once we get home means the Cheese has bonded to the container and the lettuce. It's edible,yes and unappetising to see. We lose half the cheese.
