Food is pricey....different spin on items. Came to meet with a large crowd....known to restaurant ahead of time. No server specific to our group...only got 1 refill on drink.
Many people didn't get any refill. Was different...not sure if I'd try it again.

Waiter was nice and service was also good. Food- pizza for every one was like a piece of burnt crust. Almost $200 for a several 10 inch pizzas and a salad- we only had five people. This is Lebanon, OH- not Chicago or New York. Buyers beware- look at the prices and see what you get- I beg you, go to Dewey's or Domino's-- pizza at Catch a Fire is really bad. You say that you use the best ingredients- that is wonderful- but when you put a thin crust pizza in front of me that is burnt to a crisp both top and bottom- that says you do not know how to cook. And you want me to come back- please wake up. Either your customers do not know what quality pizza tastes like or you think you know how to cook- which i tend to be convinced of both. You will not last long if your quality of pizza does not improve. Sorry for the bad report, but it is what it is.

Just Atrocious service. It's like everyone thought it was 420pm. Waited 10m just for host to take our name so we could wait another 20 which was actually 30. 75% of the tables weren't bussed but they had plenty of (apparently lazy) workers. Pizza sat on the counter getting cold for 10m then was finally served. At least the chk bacon ranch pizza was good, but the cheese and pepperoni ones were stopped in grease. Checked in at like 6 and didn't leave til 745pm. Made us late getting to Christmas Ranch.

Terrible service. My party of five was told there’d be a 45-minute wait, but after 45 minutes, we still had 3 people ahead of us with no end in sight. We went to the bar and waited 20 minutes without any service. When we finally got the bartender’s attention, she acted annoyed and waved us off. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Food quality as terrible. The pizza was super thin. A waste of money.

Disappointed. Food was burnt, missing a topping, and took a long time to come out (restaurant was not busy).

Good pizza, but they “forgot” my order and didn’t even tell me until I had been waiting 20 min to get my takeout order

Chips were very fresh… out of the Lays bag. Pizza was mediocre and tasted like DiGiorno’s. Not worth the time and money.

Pizza was very good but the noise level made the visit hard to enjoy!

Restaurant space is big, modern, and overall really nice. They have some big modern pizza ovens.

We ordered pizza on our way through the town. It was enjoyable and it felt like they worked to make their crust, sauce, and cheese memorable. However, we ordered pepperoni and unfortunately there was too much and the pepperoni flavor overtook the pizza.

I love pepperoni- so it’s weird for me to have this observation. But- I just wanted to share.
