The biscuits and sausage gravy was absolutely delicious! So were the crispy home fries and bacon! I grew up in East Tennessee, so I know what true southern biscuits and gravy should taste like. Bring your patience and lots of it because this wonderful chef owner is a one man show and a very hard worker!!!❤️ Do not go there if you’re in a hurry. Be patient. Be kind.

Not from the area but had some time to kill between soccer games. If you’re in a hurry, not the place for you, but if you want your food made to order and have it taste fresh and amazing you need to stop. It’s literally a one man show, he doesn’t quit cooking orders to step away to take orders. It was absolutely worth the wait. Would highly recommend if you have the time.

Cozy cafe with more than reasonably priced food. Solo chef took the order, prepared food, and served the table for a party of 8 within ~25 min. I'd imagine if it's quite busy you might run into longer waits.

Absolutely Phenomenal!!! Me and my husband came here for breakfast. There was only one man working, however was super kind, got our order and wait time was really good. With him being the waiter, cashier, and cook he was impressive. The food was DELICIOUS, I had the cinnamon sugar, pancakes. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly and tasty. The sausage was the best, my husband was jealous a little because I had it. Even more better very affordable!!
