This is by far the worst service ever received at a chipotle restaurant. Clayton Harrington, one of the shift managers was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Three customers complained, and I was one of them, Clayton literally said leave a review if you don’t like it.. Literally 7 customers standing in line with only one staff person preparing food, five other staff members standing in the kitchen doing nothing. I left without getting my food, will never give my business to them again.

My boyfriend and I love coming to this chipotle. However, this is how they “filled” my bowl last night ?????? After my boyfriend already asked the lady for extra rice and this was all the “extra” rice she put in. We spend nearly 30 dollars every time we come in here, just for the two of us to eat. This is what we’re paying for, smh. Overall bad experience and stale chips.

I can’t speak for the app as others have but going into the store and ordering has restored my faith in Chipotle. Far better store than my home store (Springboro). I started a new job and this is close and I am thrilled to finally have a great chipotle. Happy friendly staff and great food. Thank you.

If you go to the store the order is great, but the mobile app is a complete different story. Always forget items through the online order.
Ordered food after dealing with a 2 hour drive on the app. Get to the location and they closed early so stuck with few options now. Had to go through the app for a refund.

I placed an order on the app on 10/10/24 at 8:00pm to be picked up through the drive thru line. Upon arriving, there were 6 cars ahead of me and it took me 20 minutes to move up one car length. When I got up to the window the employee asked for my name and then said my order wasn’t ready yet. He didn’t offer any suggestions or advice, he just said they were backed up about 20 orders. He didn’t offer to see what place in line my order was or to even come inside and wait, he just said it’s not ready. I had already waited over 30 minutes so I wasn’t waiting any longer. I will never come to this Chipotle ever again. I’ve given this location numerous chances and this was the last straw.

I'm not sure what's going on on this particular evening 10-10-2024, 7:30pm, but I've been sitting in the drive thru with several cars in front of me for over 25 mins and absolutely no activity going on. No one getting their orders, no one moving.
