I had the absolute best experience with Sydney. She was kind, patient, and took the time to properly make my order. I’ve been to this Chipotle many times and have always noticed how calm and respectful she is, even with the line out the door. It’s worth coming to this location for her.

This is by far the worst service ever received at a chipotle restaurant. Clayton Harrington, one of the shift managers was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Three customers complained, and I was one of them, Clayton literally said leave a review if you don’t like it.. Literally 7 customers standing in line with only one staff person preparing food, five other staff members standing in the kitchen doing nothing. I left without getting my food, will never give my business to them again.

My boyfriend and I love coming to this chipotle. However, this is how they “filled” my bowl last night ?????? After my boyfriend already asked the lady for extra rice and this was all the “extra” rice she put in. We spend nearly 30 dollars every time we come in here, just for the two of us to eat. This is what we’re paying for, smh. Overall bad experience and stale chips.

I can’t speak for the app as others have but going into the store and ordering has restored my faith in Chipotle. Far better store than my home store (Springboro). I started a new job and this is close and I am thrilled to finally have a great chipotle. Happy friendly staff and great food. Thank you.
