Had the absolute worst experience at this location and the only word needed to sum it up is LAZY. Got seated at a dirty table that I ended up wiping off with a wet paper towel from the women’s restroom. When the server took our order we both got a side salad with our platters she informed us we could make our salad at the bar. The lettuce was almost empty and when I informed our waiter she said “Please bear with us we’re short staffed” and after our meals were delivered it still had not been filled. Another server dropped our food off to us and for our entire meal our server never once checked back in on us. I had to ask another server working for condiments and a drink refill. After she dropped our check I gave up on the side salad and was just going to have her remove the charge on the check. We came in tonight to specifically use a coupon we received in the town saver and will never return. After asking her to remove the salad she then said she couldn’t use the coupon because it no longer classified as a platter so we had her add it back in order for us to use our coupon. Horrible experience with individuals who should not be in the service industry. Our experience started off horrible and continue to get worse.

Today's visit was very rough. A lot of staff were torn because of the fact that there was also a health inspector visit while we're here. My and my sons chicken were overcooked and dry, my wife's super big boy sandwich was fried to the point of being hockey pucks. Just a very bad experience.

Went through the drive through at nine o'clock at night, one hour before they closed and the experience was phenomenal.
Even with it being near closing time, the staff was very helpful in getting my order ready quickly. The food was hot and everything was delicious.
Above all, what stood out was the customer service. The staff that was on duty was very professional and customer experience was next to none.

Your Frisch's is SO dirty! The booth seats had food & dried stains. My buddy boy was so soggy. French fries were cold. The ladies restroom needed some attention.The windows are in need of a cleaning. The checkout counter where you pay was very greasy & the guy that gave me my receipt had dirty fingernails! I will NEVER eat there again!

Showed up around 3:30 p.m. to the Frisch's in Lebanon, Ohio was seated, got a water and I got a super big boy and fries. The super big boy was okay but the fries tasted like they had been laying around for about half an hour. They were cold and greasy the waitress never come around to see if we needed any extra drinks or anything like that and they weren't very busy at all. They could have had hot fries and give us better service

Food was really good and the salad bar was the best quality of any other location I've been at. Not necessarily a fan of the chain but this location really impressed me. I would definitely eat there again! The most noticeable part was the fast and courteous service! We were a large group, about 14 people. Our waitress got everything, down to each side souces, multiple checks and again not even one small mistake. Food was hot and all got served at the same time.

First time back in many years. Only complaint I had was the hostess couldn’t understand my questions and couldn’t answer if lunch foods were available on the menu. She simply continued to repeat that the salad bar wasn’t open.
Other than that we were happy with the food and service.
