I went through the drive thru to get my dad a 2 piece chicken dinner the chicken was very small and the biscuit we didn't even get a half of biscuit. The lady was rude also

Whoever fried the extra crispy chicken on 11/10/25. Talk about perfection! I haven’t been to KFC in a long time but that double mashed meal was phenomenal!

Someone needs to learn how to count or tell customers that they are out of something. 2 out of the last 5 times I've gotten the Tuesday deal of 8 pieces of chicken for $10, I'm only getting 7 pieces and they are mostly soggy. There's also a few times that they are so short handed that the dinning doors are locked by 8pm and I have to go thru the drive thru. But when everything is running smoothly, the food is good and the staffs are very friendly

I love KFC but you won't get 5 five stars back until you have chicken breast fresh and ready, open to close, because from 8pm on you can rarely get chicken on the bone, let alone breast meat.

This is $24.00 worth of food.. Sorry add 2 drinks. Minus the coleslaw we ordered. They person at the window admitted to being in a bad mood. This will be the last time to eat at KFC. Way over priced ,order was wrong , service was not good. Hopefully more people realize what a scam KFC has become. What I should have done is refund and left. Unfortunately I went through the drive thru and came home with not my full order. In reality, would the cole slaw have made me happy ? We will never know. SHAME ON YOU KFC. I take full blame for not going to the grocery store and making my own meal. I promise this will not happen again.
