Paid for a delivery, people working inside forgot to add one of the items onto the order. Driver picked up what was in box which was still missing item. Instead of making it right they told they would email me something within 24 hours. After paying more that $10 in fees and tips, i still had to drive and pick up item that they missed. I would have just saved the money if i knew i was going to have to go therr anyways. Horrible customer service
Bunch of foreigners just standing around talking on the phone. 1 guy in the back doing all the work. Nothing hot n ready. Had to repeat my order to the guy 3x because he was on the phone.... never going back to this location again.

My girlfriend and I wanted to get the stuffed pretzel crust with pepperoni and cheese sauce but didn’t match what they had on the ads or pictures the crust looks like they just threw salt on it and it has regular slim crust it’s not even pretzel crust went to ask them if they could fix it and remake it and I couldn’t understand anything they were saying they told me it couldn’t form like the pretzel because the filling would fall out and they just made no sense at all definitely do not recommend.

Drove to drive-thru and saw only 2 cars in line and no cars in the parking lot. I figured it shouldn't take too long. I was there for 15 minutes and the first car was still waiting ... it never moved. I thought ... if it takes another 15 minutes for the next car to get service, I'll be late to work. The thing is ... I give this place a chance every other month and I end of doing the same thing over and over ... I pull out of line and head elsewhere. Such a shame and it's money and customers they are losing.

This isn't for the workers making the pizza. They did a swell job. It's the person that picks up when you call them to place a scheduled pick up. Placed one today at 11am to have 10 pizzas ready by 2pm. No had that order put in when we got there to pick it up.

Does yall drive thru bell not work? Do yall have a new number??? What the heck is going on....some worker clearly just standing there but doesn't answer the phone or pay any attention to anything going on.

1/4/25 Edit: I WAS OVERCHARGED AND GIVEN a LESSER PRODUCT It has been several days and I have not been contacted nor has my review been addressed this surely tells you about the integrity of the company. Online order ready for pickup at 6pm sat in line for 20 minutes to be told they didn’t have the stuffed crust which was fine but nothing was done other then making me wait another 10 minutes for a new pizza with 5 cars inline behind me seems to be under staffed and very little English spoken manager had to be called to translate on cellphone
In addition to this they gave me a regular pizza and my charges were not reflected in the pricing for the lesser costing pizza so I was also overcharged

Ordered breadsticks and handed the guy change because I lost my debit card but wanted to eat, and he says no problems and while counting, gets frustrated and just says no and hands me my 5$ of quarters and Dimes/ drops a couple coins and I asked what did he mean no ? And just said no again and ignored me lol… trash?
