Really cute coffee shop! Coffee and food was delicious. I have to say I was really disappointed by the energy given off by the staff. I came in with my mom, who asked for whipped cream on her peppermint latte, and they denied her and said whipped cream is only for certain drinks. This is not a great business model- even if you charge people 25 cents extra, I'm sure they would be happy to pay- but telling people no for whipped cream? Then, I asked for a cup of water and was told no, that I could buy a water bottle instead. Again, very cheap with the business model of thinking about what is best for the customer experience. Left disappointed in the experience.

This is simply the best coffee shop you'll ever find. The coffee baristas put time into these drinks, and the result is amazing flavor. Also, the place has an awesome vibe. We are lucky we can walk here. It's a great place to read, work, chill, or have conversation. If it's sunny, we sit on the patio. If it's rainy or cold, we sit by the fireplace upstairs. It makes the whole city more of a Hallmark town.
Parking: There's a free parking lot behind the shop.

I have come to this shop more times than I count and the baristas have ALWAYS been so rude. Always. Today, when trying to purchase something, the charge went through on my end but not theirs and they wouldn’t give me the product. I pulled up my bank statement and even called my bank and they only would offer to charge me again, then have the audacity to be extremely rude about it too. Im fed up with the attitude that I’ve gotten every time I’ve come here and will not come back anymore. Great coffee, rude workers. Train your people better.

Went in to get some pasties and the lovely girl at the counter was an absolute life saver, saving from an allergic reaction with the ingredients in the marble food cake! Thank you 😊 The muffins were dense and delicious and the coffee cake was very good and very sweet.

Cute coffee shop! But the staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. And I ordered one of the delicious LOOKING waffles and it was cold and hard. I asked them to warm it up and they said they don’t do that. What do you mean? Why put it in the fridge then?….also the coffee was too sweet when I asked for unsweetened.
I’ve gone here for years and it was a favorite. Everything is great except the recent price increase of their lattes. $9 is enough to make me go elsewhere.

I’m really shocked by the disgusting attitude & the way I was treated like trash. The barista seemed annoyed that a customer had dare step into the shop. I rushed to arrive there so that there would be time before they closed & was shouted at “we’re closed” the second i stepped in the door at 5:52. I asked politely & nicely if one latte could be made & was then told a lie that the espresso machine broke. even if that was the case you are still OPEN and I would buy a quick bakery item & leave instead but it’s like I was nastily told to just get out. Meanwhile she’s hurriedly wiping the counters… you close at 6 it’s not clean up hours until AFTER 6pm. business hours. everyone has to do this; just accept it or don’t work at a cafe. this is what most cafes do & is the standard. Clearly you hate your customers & want to leave as soon as possible so if you don’t like working please quit your job blond haired girl!!
