I asked for my order and I asked for additional small rice and did not give it to me. They refused and they yelled at me in Chinese language. I come every 4 days and still can’t get my order right done with them they suck plz listen to me don’t come here go somewhere else
Wish they would reopen the seating area.
Service was excellent and employees were very polite! Timing of food was perfect! Did itself, however, seemed more bland than before. Was disappointed in decrease of spices. Still the best Chinese food in the area!

This was a first and last visit. If I could give zero stars I would.
I saw a post from months ago that they remodeling their dining room. As you walk through the second door you see a make-shift framed wall of plastic. While waiting for my food I asked when the dining room would be done and the young man said “no dining.. just storage back there”. It looks awful so I was worried about the food since they obviously do not care about appearance. The food was awful.. Orange chicken and General Tse chicken both were stringy and hard. The sauce on both were tasty but that chicken was fried hard.. not even a tiny bit tender. I’ve never had chicken so awful plus the two dinners were $26.00! For me and my family this visit was a one and done!!!

You have to go in and order in person because they can barely understand you on the phone and will mess your whole order up.

Everything was amazing! I ordered while I was in traffic, in which I was told my order will be ready in 15 minutes. I picked my order up almost 45 minutes later due to traffic. My order was still hot! I order Egg Role which was definitely the best I’ve ever had, and also General Tso Chicken. I must say that New Chinas food definitely taste FRESH! Does not taste like it’s been frozen for months. I go to a lot of Asian, Chinese, Japanese restaurants and by far, this restaurant food New China is hands down one of my favorites now! Thank you New China for the delicious top notch food!

My daughter found the owner of the restaurant inside the girls bathroom, installing Bluetooth toilet cameras.

Food was kind of bad, bare hand no gloves , styrofoam plates when dining in , super hot inside , price is way too much for the food quality

Order was wrong they did fix that but rice was overcooked and the egg rolls and chicken tasted like they was cooked in old oil. For $73.00 on dinner for 3 wasn't worth the price or the two trips there.

Ordered from this location because it had better reviews than the other one. We didn’t get what we ordered, the flavor and spice were lacking, and this is the first time we have ordered spring rolls that have ended up having meat in them. Over all really disappointing experience. Definitely not a vegetarian friendly situation.
