Hands down the worst pizza around. I placed a delivery order tonight. Pepperoni and sausage pizza, bread sticks, and boneless “wings.” Pizza was inedible, gooey, undercooked and flavorless. The slice my wife and I tried ended up being fed to the dog. Breadsticks were ok, a little doughy, but edible. The “wings” were basically frozen chicken nuggets that they microwaved and placed a drizzle of buffalo sauce on. I will never order here again, $30 wasted.

Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza is our family's favorite from Papa John's and the Shaq-a-Roni when it's available! This location is very convenient, the employees are polite, and the customer service is excellent. I've never had any issues with my orders. I always order online for carryout because I get the best deals, and pickup is quick and always accurate. Overall, my impression is positive, and I’d definitely come back again.

This building is absolutely FREEZING! I was told by one of the employees that his manager refuses to get the heat fixed inside and it was showing 40 degrees on the thermostat! I could literally see my breath! He told me it’s been out for over a month! This is not okay.

Food is fine but service is not. Always takes twice as long as the estimate given. Furthermore, they manipulate their tracking system so it says your food is “ready” or even “picked up” when it isn’t. This has happened the last 4 times I’ve ordered there.

Just ordered a peperoni pizza After almost an hour and a half I get my order and find only one piece of pepperoni on each slice. I won't be back.
Had a carry out order, loaded with hoagie(s), papadia(s), chicken bites, brownie. The order was made fast and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. We eat PJ’s often, this store was for the first time and we’ll keep going back. It was an amazing meal.
Pizza gave me horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea, something is wrong with this place. Do not eat here.

Ordered and paid online for contactless delivery because my kid was sleeping (didn't want him woken up). Driver not only rings the doorbell but then tries to say I owe him 20 bucks. After explaining to him that I paid online he got mad and walked off. I called the store to let them know what happened but when I asked if I was speaking with a manager the kid on the phone said "maybe". I pretty much never write reviews but this was so out of the ordinary I had to share it. Only reason we got papa John's was because we got a gift card. Won't be getting it again.
