Has to be the slowest coffee shop in existence. Teenagers holding their phones instead of taking orders, pacing back and forth, trying to look busy. You get the idea.

I went to the counter and asked for a cup of ice and a cup of water. Heavy set girl she looks Hispanic maybe said a caramel Frappuccino. I look at her confused and I said no…a cup of water and a cup of ice. This fool proceeds to pour water in the cup and put ice in another cup and slammed the cups on the counter and took her apron off and left. Never in my life have I went to Starbucks and asked for a cup of water and got just that literally. She didn’t even ask if I wanted ice in my cup. To top it off, the water is not even cold!! Going forward I guess I will say a cup of ice water. This is ridiculous! No thank you, have a good day, or nothing. It’s not my fault you work at Starbucks! If you’re so unhappy, go get ANOTHER job!!!! What happened to the customer service skills at Starbucks!!

This Starbucks drives me crazy. The lines are always long, they never have enough people to run it and when they do they all will go to lunch as there is a line. They don't greet you or even reassure u while u are waiting in there long ass line. You will also see them dating product, again as the line is busy. They will not stop doing what there doing to help the only girl behind the line especially if they r by themselves. Kroger needs to train them in customer service because they suck at it.

Line is long per usual..people behind us in line decide to go ahead an order through the app... they got their order before I could even place my order. That is a joke, can't prioritize app orders over people standing in line. Last time I go to starbucks.

these girls could really really benefit on some training on hospitality. and re-training on it.specially the blonde girl who wants to complain everyone is staring at her like girl you work at a coffee shop people are gonna watch you make coffees but also not even just her, there are very few workers here who are actually nice the rest just seem annoyed you’re even there which clearly they are they make it obvious! i get it you get insanely busy and it’s frustrating but that’s a starbucks job if you can’t handle it & be nice probably shouldn’t be at that job. i work customer service and there’s never a time i don’t smile and am not nice to someone im servicing no matter how busy and overwhelmed i am. it makes someone feel unwelcome & not even want what they came there for when their greeted with a terrible attitude.

This Starbucks has very quick, professional and polite employees. They did a great job getting my drink out to me quickly and they made it very well. FYI: If you are using the app to pay, you do not get stars at this location and it does not allow you to tip them through the app.

Only gave 4 stars for service because at this Starbucks it was seriously understaffed,had to wait about 25 mins for an iced coffee? The lady could only do what see could do,she was filling mobile orders before she got to mine ,,,,, if you like to wait forever than this Starbucks is for you!
Went up to get a tea and the girl working was sitting there with her phone in one hand and a drink in the other and acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted to place an order. Will never be back. Bad service trumps all.

I came in today and I ordered a mocha cookie crumble like I always do. Everything was going great I got my coffee and went to my car. When I got to my car I took 1 drink of it and it tasted like black coffee and the consistency of it was water. It was like drinking watered down black coffee with whipped cream, it was disgusting and I had to take it back. I’m not usually one to complain and I asked them to remake it for me and the barista wasn’t happy about that. She was actually pretty rude and acted like she didn’t wanna remake it. I will be back to the location I just had a bad experience today.
