I usually use the app to order carry out and this is hands down the best subway in Lebanon out of the 4 in this area. Great sandwich and my modifications are always correct. I normally don’t do reviews but I feel this subway in particular deserves a good one lol.

06.08.25 I was told today was Philly special, $7.99 with small drink and bag of chips. Was charged $9.99 plus $2.49 for 3 cookies for total of $12.48. I informed them there app isn't working for me and even showed him how it does on phone. He knew nothing. I explained yesterday was my birthday and they said I had a free cookie,once again nothing. Im done subway. No more. Your app sucks !

I did not catch the ladies name, but given her circumstances, she did a fantastic job of serving several people by herself. She was working with a toaster that was not working, but she would make it work the best that she could and she was also working with a system that was having a hard time processing coupons. She was dealing with all of that with a smile on her face again I do not know her name, but my receipt says served by: 702 so I’m assuming that is her code. So whoever was working on April 7 at 4:15 in the afternoon kudos to you and come on Subway get your act together and fix your toaster. Fix the coupon reader and update your store a little bit.

Do not go to this subway. They have cut back the meat portions so much thay you'll get half of what you can get at other subways. Its a ripoff. I order the sane thing everywhere I go, steak with every single veggie, and at other subways (like the one inside walmart in lebanon) the sandwiches on flatbeead come out as thick as my muscular forearm.. At this location however, it's like I just picked up my Johnson. Such a waste. Makes me regret tipping every time (which I no longer do here because the owners are cheap asf). But to make matters worse, not only do they short the meat, but theyre coached to go very light in all the veggies too.
In summary: go to ANY subway but this one. Unless you like getting half your values worth of course.

Young lady working tonight, 10/21, is doing a phenomenal job. My kid was being silly (and distracting) and she was so kind to her and I. The food was also great and as a former subway employee, I can say she is doing things the right way and left a good impression on us. Kudos to her!

Ordered online. Missing items and one sandwich's meat was cold and missing extra cheese. Took a while for someone to pick up phone, but lady who picked up offered to write my name down for 12 cookies instead of the 6 missing I ordered. Will call ahead and make sure they have enough for pick up.
