The service is good at this Subway but the subs really aren't that great I been there so many times and the lettuce was brown and they will serve you that brown lettuce which is gross. Everytime I ask for extra something they always put barely anything on. I just wonder how old all the other veggies and stuff that goes on the sub has been sitting around. I live by this subway but I always try to go to a different subway so I can get a fresh sub without brown lettuce and I'm given a good amount of veggies when I ask.

The older lady with the hunchback is extremely rude and also passive aggressive. She purposely burnt my sandwich cooking it on the pizza setting just because I asked for my steak to be toasted instead of heated in the microwave. Always has an attitude.

The lady was rude as hell. Not only to me but 3-4 other people in the restaurant, huffing and puffin bc she had to do her job. Also was the only employee, but had a random toddler roaming around the store.

I was there a couple days ago to pick up an online order that wasn't even made. Only 1 new person was working and didn't know how to do online orders so I waited for 30 mins before she was even able to make it. She was very nice and apologized a few times. I am still confused as to why a new person is even working alone! That was my first and last time at that location. Colonial location is always great!

Terrible service. Was not greeted...or acknowledged by the "staff". Then, when I mentioned it, the employee came back with some attitude. I left....and got some smart comments. They really showed me :) The service, food, and experience at the Main Street location is much better.

I have the utmost respect for fast food workers, but I just feel something should be said. I’ve never been made to feel bad when patronizing a fast food restaurant. One of the workers complained the entire time she made my sandwich. I asked for extra chicken and she looked at me like I should apologize. The same worker actually said they were jinxed when customers showed up. If you hate your job that much, quit.Visit: 5/12/2023 11:30am

These lying piles of garbage said DD picked up my order when I hadn't been assigned a dasher for 30 minutes. So when my dasher finally got there it was close to closing. Apparently they didn't make the food in advance and told the dasher someone else picked it up, so they didn't have to make it. Last business this place will ever get from me.
