The restaurant itself is severely lacking the roast beef has no flavor anymore..... they're serving everything under the sun just like any other fast food joint and forgetting their bread and butter what made them who they are..... not to mention the outrageous prices. I could go to Texas Roadhouse or Longhorns and get a good steak with plenty of sides for the same price....

Soft tacos were stale. Hard. I paid for extra cheese on everything and there were only a few slivers of cheese on everything. $18.00 for my meal and it was only worth $10 at best. This place sucks ass and i will never ever stop here again!!

ABSOLUTE WORST TACO BELL. Cant even get a simple order request IN PERSON AT THE DRIVE THRU correct, simple as NO lettuce. 10 workers inside and not one of them can read apparently bc it was very clearly on my order screen and receipt saying NO LETTUCE. my child now will not eat his dinner at all. Thank you for being so incompetent.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell location several times and have the following notes:
- Their prices are way higher than other Taco Bell’s in the area (sometimes up to $3 more for the same combo meal) - They have gotten something wrong with my order every single time. Either giving the wrong drink, the wrong item, or not putting condiments on the item - The cinnamon twists are always burnt or taste like old oil
If you want a better experience (I.e. not waste your money, go to the Monroe location, which is cheaper, has better service, and is only a couple miles up the road.

I recently moved to the area. My family is a big Taco Bell fan, and this is by far, the worst one ive been to. The food order is either not correct or it tastes terrible. Not had one good experience. It almost tastes like cleaning supplies or Play-doh. I’ve never tasted such a thing and have to throw it away. I’ve given enough chances and I cannot go back. The employees are rude and the line always takes forever. This location needs an overall of customer service and food quality.
