Here it is 821am says on the door and website they open at 8am on Fridays. Tried to order food but they said they could not serve me because the manager was not there. A couple months ago I had the same issue except it was 805ish. Fist how do you have a job secondly dont serve breakfast if you cant open on time.

This location is absolutely disgusting. I will no longer come here. Food is smashed and soggy. You cant make out what your even eating. I understand its ran by mostly teenagers but have some respect for yourself and other people who's purchasing and eating the food. Take pride in your job. I filed a complaint with Taco Bell corporate office and the Warren County Health Department. I don't care if its a 5 star restaurants or Taco Bell. The food should some what resemble what it does on the pictures. It should be edible. It shouldn't look like canned cat food. I would rather this location be shut down then have the opportunity to serve this gross display of food to their customers. Have some respect!

Ordered via the kiosk because people don't take your order anymore. Waited 20 minutes while they just kept shoving food out the drive through window. Got fed up asked they had a corporate number I could call the employee said look it up!! Terrible, terrible experience

By far the worst Taco Bell ever, stuff is always smashed in the bag . Taco shells are always stale and broken to pieces. The sour cream is always missing from the supreme tacos and burritos. 40 dollars for garbage. Been this way for years . Not sure why I assumed it would change. Absolutely horrible. Definitely an owner and staff that takes no pride in their business . God forbid you want to eat inside it’s always dirty and nasty.

Got the loaded beef nachos and the chips were so stale, nasty tasting, and there wasn’t all the ingredients. The workers were very immature laughing through the speaker before taking our order, all were just talking to each other. REALLY SLOW.

Drive thru line was ridiculously long so I decided to go in. There is no ordering at a counter only on a screen. Normally that would not be a problem but the layout is such you can't find anything. Further, there is no search option either. I finally got someone to assist me and the employee couldn't find the items we wanted either. Not good, at all

I ordered three cheesy roll ups and had stuff added. They came out cold the first time so I asked them to remake it. They remade it the second time and I was fed up and I just left with Three cold tacos. This isn't the first time this happened at this location for me
