The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® Ohio 12-4 has been planning a state meeting for the Association (CVMA® OH 12) for about 6 months, Hidden Valley Orchards was donating a barn for the state meeting. Last Friday CVMA® OH 12-4 form was told the new owners would not honor the donation and we are just over a month out from the meeting. I know they have a business to run but not to honor a commitment from the previous owners is not honorable and I cannot support a business that would do this to a veteran origination. It is your loss as we will never stop in and support this place ever again, as the new owners have no honor. Maybe they should go back to California and practice their bad business practices there.😡

Highly recommend HVO for private events! We had a fabulous family birthday party today with 50+ people that was so easy to organize with the help of Mary, Event Coordinator, who went over and above to make sure everything was perfect, and with the barn rental comes a dedicated hostess who oversees the whole event so you can enjoy the party too, instead of refilling food, drinks, ice, etc. Dayton BBQ catered their “grill out option” and everyone was saying how delicious all the food was and we received so many compliments on it! The guests were able to also enjoy the HVO music, market, apples, pumpkins, goats, and kids play area! Even with the midday heat the barn was very comfortable with the breeze from the open windows and fans. Things couldn’t have gone any smoother, and we will definitely be having more events there in the future! Thank you for a great party HVO!

Our school took a field trip to HVO yesterday and Ms. Mary was fantastic! She provided great educational activities, allowed the kids to explore, ask questions, and engaged positively with them. We'll definitely do this field again.

Nice outdoor view of the landscaped farm while we enjoyed Wednesday trivia. Had a nice selection of beer and other cocktails. I had a delicious blackberry bourbon smash and hubby tried sonder's Sunday Funday and the Hidden Valley lager (a fun blue lager). He would have liked more of a hint of blueberry in the lager. We also had the grilled steak burgers and those were decently good and filling. They had a condiment and veggie bar, so it really dressed up the burgers and was a nice touch. It was a good time over all and would continue to recommend HVO to friends and family. Ps Don't forget your lawn chairs if you plan on sitting away from benches for trivia! Also, does anyone live at the farm? The farmhouse would be so nice to renovate and start up a cozy B&B!! Just still so astounded by the beautiful and functional changes to the farm in the past few years. Well done!

Tried to go here Friday night for a date night and left after meeting the bar staff. It was rainy and we were the only ones who walked into the back bar area. Both waitresses gave us the impression they were more annoyed we were there instead of happy. After trying to be friendly and still getting a cold shoulder we left without ordering anything. We are really disappointed a place pretty much in our backyard has put a sour taste in our mouth.
