I work for Doody Calls and always come in with my green company truck. Let me say the experience varies person to person and I read the reveiws beforehand and checked the stars it had. I am surprised it has a lower score as everytime I have come through, my order is fresh, quick and very delicious!
I usually get either a crispy chicken blt biggie bag, a crispy chicken biggie bag, or a spicy chicken sandwich and a chili. I always get spicy nuggets in my biggie bag and unlike other wendy's... They are hot and fresh! The whole order was! I come in usually around 10:30am to 12pm. But I just can't skip this Wendy's when I pass it on my route, its always good food for a good price! The staff is great at giving quality at the time I am in. This review is subject to change if I at any point recieve very poor food quality, but I have been through this Wendy's more than 10 times now. 👍🏻🌟 I recommend trying to come in when lunch just starts.

My bun was hard as a rock, my tenders tasted like the bottom of a dirty shoe and they left a weird tang in my mouth. My fries were soggy and had a mysterious hair in it. The customer service was horrendous and the bathroom had poop on the wall.

Very rude woman taking my order, didn't put bacon on the burger even after paying for it to be added. Wasn't given our sour cream, butter, or ranch. There was no cheese on the baked potato. They didn't even put a fork or napkins in the bag.
So I went thru the drive thru tonight. The lady at the windows was super nice. But the food was nasty. Took one bite outta my i go chicken club sandwich. Realized it had lettuce on it, which I asked 4 no lettuce. And also couldn't eliminate my Chicken Sandwich because it looks like it's been sitting there.For I don't know 3 or 4 hours. I literally spit the one bite that I took in the bag because it was that bad. Also my fiancé got a crispy Chicken Sandwich with only cheese on it. It looked like it had been sitting there for 3hours to. So needless to say I spent sixteen dollars I think at wendy's and only enjoyed the Coca-Cola and my son got a frosty.So for sixteen dollars that's what I got. I think that every restaurant in lebanon needs to up their game and it's sad that wendy's is one of them. Im just done with fast food all together around here.
