Went through the drive thru, the girl that took my order was rude and rushing me, when I got to the window I asked if a certain frosty was still available and was told yes so I added it on, that lady was also rude and made it seem like it was an issue that I wanted to add it on. When I got to the 2nd window the girl didnt say a word. I got the wrong frosty, no silverware and my frosty had ice cream dripping off the side of the cup! Terrible customer. Will not be returning.

A VERY slow fast food place. I typically wait 15 minutes AFTER ordering to get my food. We are there around 7 or so in the middle of the week. Typically there are 3 people in front of me and maybe 5 in the drive through. There may be 2 door dash people that come in but that is it. It is not busy by any means. The staff apologizes for the wait but this is consistent behavior. I have tried the drive through and in the store. It doesn’t matter. It’s still a long wait. There are plenty of staff to make food so that is not the issue. I’m really not sure what is going on but you might as well go get food elsewhere if you are expecting speed. Heck the KFC next door gets through their line very quickly. We have switched to Penn Station. Similar price for what we order without a major wait.

I went in awhile ago for a quick snack on my trip. Upon talking to the blonde manager I was disgusted. She seemed to have zero care for the management of the place let alone her own hygiene. Besides that, decent food.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I walked in, had four employees eyeball me, and no one took my order. And I stood there for a full minute, then left. I’m not coming back here. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
