Went to this location in Lebanon Ohio at a flying j and ordered a classic chicken sandwich and fries and a large tea. I told them no salt said my wife is allergic and can’t have salt they gave her fries with salt my wife got sick. Very disappointed told them 3 times it’s important no salt!

Food was good, hot, and came out to us quickly. Manager clearly loved to work here and gave my little sister a free kids toy, made sure our orders were accurate, and generally made us feel welcome.

Very disappointed in the staff. Waited more than 30 minutes for my food because they were focused on filling drive thru orders. They were actually skipping the orders of diners.

Drove 14 miles to the restaurant to pick up a Door Dash order for a customer. Upon entering the restaurant, the staff member who was mopping the floor gave me a big attitude and rudely told me the restaurant was closed and no food to pick up. She could have handled it in a more courteous manner instead of shouting. There was a previous customer who got his drink and food that just walked out. Why? Is it because I was Asian looking and have a speech disorder? Next time I will not pick up any DoorDash orders at this location. So thankful I was able to receive half pay, made it a little better

The website lists the store as closing as 12:00 AM. Went into the store at 11:40 PM and they were still making food but said they closed at 11:30 PM and weren’t serving anyone else. I complained and said the website shows midnight and they blamed it on their new GM and the website not being updated yet.

Stop.And here to grab a bite, my lovely life need to get her something to ease.The food wasn't really to her like I went up there.Figuring I'd have to pay for a whole new situation.The people of front understood, and i'm sure since it was for my lovely wife, they had sympathy to make sure that whatever they gave me was made, right?Just given a shout out to the staff at the store that made sure that my wife meal was perfect!!!

First and last time I ever order Wendy's breakfast. It was truly worse than going hungry!
No napkins, jr bacon cheeseburger was cold. Ordered regular garlic parmesan nugs and got spicy. Ordered unsweetened iced tea, got disgustingly sweet tea. You know what they say about the drive thru... Thanks for the inedible meal.

Stopped at 6:45 on a Wednesday, no one in the drive thru, pulled up to order and an employee came over the speaker and said they were “closed at the moment” Not sure why you’re closed at 6:45 in the evening. But there were people in the lobby as I drove by.
