So frustrating.
Placed order on the app. Went to pick it up. They have a sign that says closing at 7pm. Then the team was rude to me and said “you probably went to the wrong location” I did not. Proved it to them.
Then I can’t even get a refund from the app.
Please get me a refund Wendy’s. Super annoying.

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, was told to pull forward cause they were still waiting on the tenders, 5 minutes later came out and handed us a bag of chicken nuggets and missing our frosty and sauce. Took him 3 trips to get our stuff until we just gave up and left...

This is the worst Wendys ever. They close the grill two hours before close, stop making certain food, shut down the frosty machine early every night. Constantly get orders wrong. I honestly don't know how they're allowed to continue to operate on the Wendy's name with the damage they do to the brand name every single day. Insane.

This place just plain sucks,employees too busy goofing off and not doing what they are supposed to be doing, they are loud when horseplaying with coworkers, but, whisper your number when your order is ready and risk someone taking your food and the wait time is ridiculous, they operate in the speed of turtles and snails....ssssllllooooowww.
Maybe its time for reevaluation and weed out the incompetent people

Stopped in for a quick bite not expecting much based off of the reviews. The Cashier was SO nice and I was greeted with a lot of smiles. I got my food quick and it was fresh! They were out of ketchup in the lobby but the cashier quickly corrected this when brought up. Will definitely be back!

This used to be such a good Wendy's. Now I wait consistently for 20+ minutes for an order of cold fries and a melted frosty. I have had to ask repeatedly for missing parts of my order and been given major attitude for doing so. Not sure why the sudden decline in quality but I'm definitely disappointed and done.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Husband and I stopped by here for a “quick” bite to eat. Our order took over 20 minutes and when we checked what we got, we received a chicken sandwich on a bun with nothing on it just the chicken. And the chicken nuggets we ordered was supposed to be a 10 piece and we only got 5… also they were spicy and should’ve been regular. Seemed like no one there knew what they were doing. Terrible experience. If we weren’t in a rush we would’ve gone back inside to request a refund.
