We’ve had nothing but issues with this place with getting the incorrect order whether in person or the app, food always missing and they close early without warning I do not recommend this location. The food is fine but with the customer service it’s clear either no one knows what they’re doing or doesn’t really care.

A Test of Patience for a Quick Bite......I recently visited Wendy’s, anticipating a quick and convenient meal, as is the norm with fast food establishments. On this occasion, I ordered a $5 meal - nothing out of the ordinary, yet found myself waiting for an extensive 30 minutes. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, the delay seemed disproportionate to the complexity and cost of my order. The staff, although polite, seemed to be struggling to manage the pace. The food, when it finally arrived, was up to Wendy’s standard quality. However, the excessive wait time significantly marred the overall dining experience. A focus on improving service speed is essential to align with the expectations associated with fast-food dining.

Horrible service. Placed an order online at 12:50 pm arrived at the store 10 minutes later and had to wait for 30 minutes more before even getting to the front window, once there I was told the order hadn’t even started being made yet 40 minutes after the order was placed! I didn’t even get my food until a whole hour after my order was placed (1:50PM) on top of it all 3 of the items were wrong!! The employees did not even attempt to apologize for the wait and were rude the entire time.
