Frozen custard in 3 flavors daily, plus a huge array of toppings and mix-ins. I'm from Milwaukee, where frozen custard is rich and decadent; Whit's is every bit as delicious. My only suggestion is that better signage would help visitors understand that there's only vanilla, chocolate, and the daily flavor available; it would help us pre-select and move the line faster, since there's very limited space inside, and only one register, that I noticed. Otherwise, definitely recommend!

This business just thinks it ok to substitute stuff you order for other stuff and be like sorry we dont have that so you get this instead. B******** If you are coming here for dairy free dont bother they dont have it 90% of the time. I walk away empty handed 4 out if 5 times easy.
It's good if you go by yourself, but ice cream is always better with someone special. The staff was friendly with excellent service

Visited Whits while attending the Blues Festival yesterday...I ordered the the dairy-free vanilla OMG it was to die for! I had it in a waffle cone, which was delicious ? Although next time I'll get it in a bowl because It was melting faster then I could eat it ( but nothing a wet papertowel couldn't remedy) I will definitely make time to make another trip there soon...and I will tell everyone who'll listen (hope you don't mind?) C-ya soon

Very disappointed. Walked in expecting some sort of extravagant flavor selection because the website says so only to be told by an employee that they only offer chocolate and vanilla flavors and that the website isn't valid nor reflects what they have.

The custard is delicious and the servings are hefty, but the menu is confusing. There's also nothing more uncomfortable than having people behind the register stare at you when you're trying to order and aren't helpful when you ask about the menu
