0 out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! THIS place is a nightmare! First of all, the restaurant is located inside THE BACK of a carry out/convenience store. I was in town for a training this morning with co-workers never been to dine in Leipsic... NOT a good first impression! I have never been to a restaurant that takes your plate away from you like a child and storms away swearing cuss words and yelling in Spanish out of anger! No one should be treated the way the worker/man at the register on the way out was swearing at me. You are better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere than Mi Familia!

I have not had food from here in a very long time. I believe since previous owners. I want to be very clear I'm not trying to hurt anyone feelings. With that said. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the food I ordered. I was excited to hey multiple items to try especially since several are my favorites.

Super disappointed and probably won’t eat here again. Got 2 orders of the birds tacos which sadly didn’t even look like the picture as advertised… tacos were SOGGY with big chunks of meat and hardly any cheese… The rice is good tho. I sadly don’t recommend.

My husband and I went for my birthday, our 1st time. When you walk in , the front is a Mexican grocery. They have fresh made pastrys, tortillas, peppers and more. The restaurant is at the back. Nothing fancy. we sat ourselves. WE were given menues, and the BEST complimentary chips EVER !!!!! Coronas and food were ordered. I can't express how Amazing the chips were. Fresh made, not like you get out of a bag or at other restaurants We also had the FRESH guacomole, that was very good with the chips. Our food arrived within 15minutes of ordering. It was great, all fresh veggies and medium to large portions of the entrees. We both took home food. My enchiladas were very plump and tender, plenty of filling(beef), cheese and sauce. The tacos my hubby had were corn with plenty of meat and veggies, and all of it looked fresh. After we asked for boxes, we got our bill.........UNDER $20.......I know....I'm not kidding. As we sat there reveling over this , an older spanish lady comes from the kitchen, goes out to the grocery, comes back with a basket of fresh veggies for the evenings diners. We were there at 5pm on a Saturday. We seen several large orders go out , and as we were leaving (6pm), people were coming in for dinner. Lots of locals. It's not fancy, it's family owned and ran, and has really great food.
