Mi Familia Mexican Store & Restaurant

0 out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! THIS place is a nightmare! First of all, the restaurant is located inside THE BACK of a carry out/convenience store. I was in town for a training this morning with co-workers never been to dine in Leipsic... NOT a good first impression! I have never been to a restaurant that takes your plate away from you like a child and storms away swearing cuss words and yelling in Spanish out of anger! No one should be treated the way the worker/man at the register on the way out was swearing at me. You are better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere than Mi Familia!

Suuuuper pricey place, I paid $100 for 4 people. The owner is unbearable, the food and place just decent. And be ready to pay an additional 8% if you pay with credit card. Disappointing :(

By the way, his feedback was “all Latinos complain, Americans don't….” That says it all this is a Mexican restaurant for non-Mexicans/Latinos :(:(

the food was good -- ordered a coke - server just set the coke bottle on the table and left. had to ask for a glass with ice. a bill was presented with no prices or total owed. We left a tip on the table as usual custom. at the register was told they added a 18% tip ( it was supposedly on the menu in red) had to retrieve the tip from the table. we left a higher tip on the table so I guess the server was shorttipped. there are much better mexican food closer to home.

It was a nice restaurant the food was really good the only thing the bathrooms were really cold there is no heat in there hopefully they get that taken care of

No customers were in the restaurant at 5 pm. I ordered carryout. I had to ask for serviceware for my carryout.I ordered the menudo. It came with lime- onion- cilantro add ins and warm corn tortillas. It was hot, ready to eat, but it lacked good flavor/seasoning.

I have not had food from here in a very long time. I believe since previous owners. I want to be very clear I'm not trying to hurt anyone feelings. With that said. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the food I ordered. I was excited to hey multiple items to try especially since several are my favorites.

Poor customer service the guy is mean and rude to anyone who comes in and always had attitude on the phone when I call and the food is not so great my chicken is uncooked

Tamales and barbacoa were excellent! Some of the best tamales around!
