Dude gave us 2 sauces for 4 sandwiches then got an attitude when we asked for more. The sandwiches were actually cold, not even room temperature. Cold. My fries were also just crumbs, there were no whole fries at all.

Attempted to get lunch today and the manager was too busy playing on her phone to even realize I was there. Her hair wasn’t up and you could literally see her black hair laying on the counter where it had fallen out. Glad she wasn’t making food. There was trash laying on the ground and the place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. 🤮

Very disappointed with the lack of communication with the management to their staff. placed an order 2 weeks in advance for 75 sliders and they assured me they could do it. I called in a week before changing the pick up time for about 15 minutes later than the original time and said they were all good on their end. I ended up arriving 15 after the pickup time assuming they'd be for sure done and come to find management didn't even tell their workers about the order. Please communicate better with your staff.

Tables weren't clean. They have no healthy food, not even a salad or baked potato or even a broth based soup, which would probably be high in sodium. It's all deep fried or processed deli meat which is terrible for me & I'm not supposed 2 eat it. I took my aunt, bc she loves their turkey bacon ranch sandwiches 🥪 😋. Those are good w the the bronco berry sauce which I'm not supposed to eat. For anyone with a regular diet, I would recommend that sandwich. I gave the food 2 ☆'s bc they need some healthy choices. Service was so-so. It wasn't busy. My suggestion would be, to put those kids to work cleaning when they're not busy.

We stopped here at 5pm. Only 2 employees. There was nobody else in the restaurant except 1 person waiting for a carry out order. We stood waiting to even be acknowledged for over 10 minutes despite one female employee walking by us (without saying a word) to LOCK the lobby doors. We saw potential customers walk up & leave when finding the doors locked. Place wasn't clean in spots & even though stressed, a smile or some friendliness would've been nice. Doubt we'll be back
