We stopped here at 5pm. Only 2 employees. There was nobody else in the restaurant except 1 person waiting for a carry out order. We stood waiting to even be acknowledged for over 10 minutes despite one female employee walking by us (without saying a word) to LOCK the lobby doors. We saw potential customers walk up & leave when finding the doors locked.
Place wasn't clean in spots & even though stressed, a smile or some friendliness would've been nice.
Doubt we'll be back

For the second time, they didn't have what I ordered in stock, even though they just added the item to the menu. Nice job predicting and ordering what they need. Fir the second time, I was told to cancel the order on the app. THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THAT! I told the manager, and instead of being proactive, he blamed the third party that does their app and told me they are not trained on the app. Are you kidding? The manager and staff don't know how the app works?! And don't blame the third party. That's lazy and poor service!

Let's see if I can get my money back this time. Last time I had to eat the charge.

Sat in drive thru for 10 mins being ignored. While I watched the manager scroll on Facebook. They closed at 12. I was there at 11:15 pm… I wasn’t served had to eat McDonalds 🤮

I'm pretty disappointed. We got carry out.. brought it home and opened the sandwiches...Neither one had any cheddar on it like there was supposed to be.. no sauce, either. And the packets of sauce are NOT the same as what comes on the sandwiches.. I added a single packet and it completely ruined the sandwich.
I don't have the time or gas to drive back to get everything remade. 🤷‍♀️

Can’t believe how bad my experience was at Arby’s tonight 4/1/2025. I got 2 Rueben’s one was sliced one not, it was super tough.and chewy. I am not a complainer at all especially for an 8 dollar sandwich but I didn’t agree with how the meat wasn’t sliced like “ Arby Roast Beef We are the beef!!! Ok long story short, I take sandwich back all wrapped up. Tell the manager the story. He wouldn’t even look at the beef, he
said we can’t control our machinery and it was probably the end of roast.? So all I wanted was a sliced sandwich so my wife with dementia could chew it. So yes, blame it on whatever. I know this is not normal in restaurant and customer service. So anyway, spent thousands of dollars there live 1/4 mile away. 1 less customer
