Absolute worst Chinese buffet experience ever. I do not know how they are still open. Very few options of old food. About six different chicken dishes that all tasted the same. Cold and disgusting. The crab Rangoon’s, and eggrolls and Chinese donuts were hard as a rock and tasted old. My son went to get some ice cream And the ice cream scoop was rusty. $40 for my 11 year old son and I. Absolutely terrible.
Everyone on these reviews acts like they're at Mitchell's Steakhouse!Asian Garden is certainly not the best Chinese food in Columbus, but for the decent price they charge, you can really get your money's worth. The food is hit or miss, but it's kind of your own fault of you choose to grab the burnt and overcooked options. Plenty of good choices even just before closing.
Haven't been here in a long time. Used to be one of my favorites. But it is very run down. Food wasn't very fresh. Besides noodle and rice and crab rangoons.Went on a Saturday at 5pm. ? but the staff was friendly.
Used to eat here a lot years ago, thought we'd stop in and enjoy a good meal but..despite the friendly waitress, it was a terrible dining experience, I won't go back and thats sad. Run down and out dated dining room and especially men's room. There were maybe 2 items on the buffet that tasted ok. Food quality is not there.
It was terrible. No selection at all and everything was dried noodles, meat etc. Like it had been on warmer all day. Would not recommend this place. Needs to be shut down. 2 people costs $34. Bathrooms were rusted at the floor casings.
Service was nice and friendly. Thats about all it had going for it. Not much of a selection. Most if the pans were empty. The only thing I really liked was the hibachi chicken. The Mongolian grill was not open either. These buffets are not known for deserts, but even the ice cream tubs were about empty.I was not impressed enough to give it another go. I always say, you don't know until you try. Once was enough.
NASTY!!!! I'm not picky and I rarely dislike what I eat, but the food is absolutely disgusting! Never again!!! Also, it's very expensive: lunch for 1 adult, 9 year old, and 4 year old.
We arrived at 6.30 pm. At the door we saw a sign saying that they close at 8 pm even though online they says at 9 pm. The place is nice, canoot give a bad grade for that. Basically, there was almost no food. While we were trying to get what it was left, the servers were cleaning everything ready to close. They cannot get ready to close 1 hour and a half before closing while they keep getting customers inside the restaurant. They didn't care about refilling what it was missing, so customer could enjoy the food which was not bad.We paid full price $42 to eat barely nothing. We are not from the area, but if we come back we know for sure that we need to avoid this place.
Would give 0 stars if I could.Cold, hours old food for half and the other half empty.Fruit bar had bugs flying all around it. No salad bar offered, for a Wednesday at 4pm with others there you would just think some things would be fresh.I understand the pandemic did a number on buffet places but come on .. at least take pride in what you do offer and make it edible or close down.Don't waste your money, 47 dollars for two people for that? Absolutely crazy.
Today was the first time in a couple of years since I had been to the Asian Buffet. First let me say the food selection has been greatly reduced and almost everything was really salty. The one bright spot was the fresh fruit.Much of the offerings were over cooked. I really missed the green beans and several other vegetables.I won't go back when there are several other Chinese buffet restaurants that are far better quality and selections.

I hardly ever write reviews but this place is so bad people need to be warned. We stopped here while in town doing activities for my son's birthday. The food was hard, stale, old and disgusting. The restaurant was dead which should have been our sign to leave but my son wanted Chinese for his birthday. The Mongolian grill included in the price was also closed. Not only did they charge adult prices for 10 year old kids we were not aware of, EVERY person who ate with us (2 not our family so only this place in common) are ALL suffering food poisoning now!!! Im calling the health department tomorrow.BEWARE.
About 80% of the food containers were empty, and what was available was Disgusting! We used to love this place, and we couldn’t even stay to eat this time. The Mongolian grill appeared to be shut down, and not cleaned for a very very long time. The food was cold, and just aweful. We attempted to wait atleast 10 mins for the missing 80% of the buffet to come out, and it just never did. We were here at 1pm. Avoid this place.
This place is absolutely a nightmare. Food was old, cold, and hard. No flavor whatsoever. Waitress was rude and didn’t understand why we didn’t eat what was on our plate. If you’re hungry don’t come here. You will regret it. Waitress also asked why her tip wasn’t bigger. “Wasn’t I good?” I normally love Chinese buffets but this place is a joke. I think the people that have more than 1 star meant to leave a review somewhere else…
My daughter wanted a Chinese buffet for her birthday she's 11 they charged her as adult for was 3 adults 1 child $66!?! Used to be $8 adult they raised ot to 15 and not even worth $8 food looked like had been sitting out for awhile and "fresh" stuff they brought out was horrible to all over cooked and dry so nasty was a waste of $ will never go back here again!!
Food was delicious!! However, they overcharged me. I got charged $29.82 for a lunch buffet. UNACCEPTABLE. If it does not get resolved, I will NEVER stop by again
