The Wife and I had a late lunch at the Lewis Center Bob Evans today. We both ordered the seasonal chicken salad fruit plate and were both equally disappointed in the quality of the fruit offered. It had obviously been cut much earlier. The strawberries were mushy and the apples were turning brown at the edges. The chicken salad was fine, but lacked any real flavor other than the few nuts place on the top of the scoops. Our service was quick, friendly and our food was served in a timely manner. This is an older location and it shows as tired and dirty. It had been quite a while since we had been to a Bob Evans, and I doubt we will ever return, as there are many better options to choose from that are close by... I hate to write poor reviews as a rule, but spend your money elsewhere is my advice.
