Had a late breakfast and the biscuits and gravy were very good. We always enjoy the banana bread. We were seated immediately and our server was very kind and the service was fast.

We had a great experience here! We took a field trip with 2 classes of students who have disabilities and the staff were all so accommodating, quick, and friendly! Our server was Jose and he was so on top of everything. I was very impressed!

When we walked in (Columbus location) the lobby reeked of sewage. I think it was coming from the restrooms. The dining area smelled like a neglected old folks home (strong urine aroma). Thefood was decent and our server Jose was excellent, but all things considered we will not be going back.

Bob Evans is my go-to place at this point in time for my lunch salad. I do eat salad for lunch everyday and they have my favorite one. This Bob Evans was one that's out of my general area but the food is always consistent

It was a cold day . I told the server I was happy they brought back the veg soup and that is like a bowl of hot veg soup. The soup that came was not hot. I had the server take it back to the kitchen. She brought it back pipeing hot. It was good-in fact I brought home a large container of that same soup.

My husband and I had the best meal! The chicken with garlic and lemon, mashed potatoes with a side of the best broccoli I’ve ever had. Our waitress was so nice! Also, Phoenix, the young man we paid our bill to at the counter. Well done by all!
