It used to be my go to place for breakfast, and sometimes lunch.however last 2 times I've order online, there have been issues with my order, and when called the staff about it, instead of trying to help just wanted to hang up as quick as posible.

Always good food here. One of the few places around where I like to get biscuits and gravy. That's what I had for breakfast this morning while out running errands, and it did not disappoint. I also got a side order of Chicken Sausage Links, a new item on the menu. It's lower in fat & calories so I thought I'd give it a try. For me, it was just okay. I probably won't order it again. However, that doesn't change how I feel about the food here. My taste buds were more than satisfied!Kid-friendliness: An activity placemat and crayons are given to each child to keep them occupied until their food arrives. Helping parents keep their sanity.
Good ol' American breakfast to set you up for the day. Recommended.

Waited 30 minutes for our meals. Steak bites and loaded mashed potatoes, served to us cold! Manager argued with us! Not good!

Have always been a fan of Bob Evans. Very rarely do I get a bad meal, but with the number of restaurant, you're bound to get a bad dish on a rare occasion. Breakfast is generally my go-to meal.

I ate at Bob Evans tonight for the first time in a long time. I was given a gift card for Christmas so I thought I would go and check it out. Within an hour after eating, I was so Uncomfortable I had the worst stomach ache I’ve ever had. After about four hours after eating there, I had the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had !! I should’ve known because the restaurant only had about three people in it and it was dinner time on a Saturday. I’m usually leery of restaurants that aren’t very busy because then you worry about if the food is fresh. Apparently it was not! I got a chicken Cobb salad. There was so much bacon on it or at least that’s what it said it was it didn’t taste like bacon. I removed almost all of it from my salad. The hard boiled egg on it had an odd consistency and I should’ve known them. The yolk center was almost like a deviled egg consistency. Not a good meal. And I think I’ll be suffering from it most of the night
Bob Evans in New Albany, Ohio has great staff and good food.

I ordered food to go, went and waiting in a 15 minute line to pick it up because all of the servers were busy and then the lady ringing me out told me that they didn’t have the food that I ordered because they weren’t serving it today yet when I made the order over the phone they said it would be ready in ten minutes? Never going here again.

This is our Bob Evans and we are always happy with the food, service and value. I like the inexpensive Dinner Bell Country Fried Steak (pictured). My wife gets an egg white omelet with cheese and onions and a side of hash browns. We recently ordered breakfast from the internet 'top breakfast' chain, paying twice as much for food and finding in half as good as Bob Evans. We will stick with Bob.

Tried the turkey dinner. Only serve turkey breast with salty yellow gravy. Green beans poor texture and worse flavor. Dressing similar to stove top. I regret having this meal. I'm done with this establishment. BTW - they don't serve grits anymore.

Generic family restaurant; lots of screaming children. My server was good and really friendly. Food wasn't bad but I was disappointed that it took about 25 minutes after ordering for it to come out.
